Nice retro look & awesome music, but surprisingly challenging! Definitely worth a shot.

Desert Race Adventures is a retro-inspired rally strategy game with roguelike structure. You manage a racing team across Europe and Africa, balancing fuel, repairs, supplies, and crew decisions while navigating randomized events. Each run plays out as a series of quick stages where preparation and on-the-road choices determine how far you make it. Pros ✔️ Great art style - The retro presentation fits the theme well and gives the races personality without overcomplicating the visuals. ✔️ Quick rounds, strong hook - Runs are easy to jump into but take real thought to master. It respects your time while still having depth. ✔️ Runs feel different - The mix of events, terrain, and decision-making keeps each attempt from feeling identical. Cons ❌ Rough early learning curve - It can be frustrating at first while you figure out how to balance supplies and long-term planning. ❌ Rotating roster limits build focus - Since characters cycle, it’s harder to commit to a strategy you really like and refine it over time. ❌ Randomness can feel punishing - Some outcomes feel more tied to chance than preparation, which can undercut careful planning. Conclusion I enjoyed this more than I expected. It did not even track my playtime properly at first, which confused me, but once I settled into its rhythm it became very easy to justify another run. I would still like to see more variety in the events and more room for skill-based progression rather than leaning on luck. Even with that, it kept me coming back. Score 7/10 Dust Trails - A solid rally strategy game that just needs a bit more balance between skill and chance.

Amazing minimalist game, combining both Management and Turn based mechanics comes off with a very intersting mechanic!
