Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 14 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The optimization of this game is an unfunny joke. It's non-existent. I have a setup that can easily run all modern AAA games in 60 fps no problem. I'm playing on Windows 11 using RTX 2070 with optimized Nvidia and Asus GPU TweakII settings, Ryzen 5 2600, Asus Prime X470-Pro, 64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4, M2 SSD. It is not the perfect configuration, but it runs all modern titles in 1080p in 60 fps without any problems and never choked on me like that. When I'm trying to play this title, it literally causes my GPU to burn, my CPU is in tears, and the overall experience is surprisingly bad. I don't understand that. This game is so simple and has such simple graphics that it should not be a thing. But it is. I don't know what's going on, but I do not recommend playing it, until the devs do their job and instead of a lazy approach, relying purely on DLSS and some other modern pseudo-optimization BS, they actually do what the devs are supposed to do, that is, optimize the game like in good old times. Otherwise it's worth nothing, because why would you play it. It would destroy your GPU (even the modern one), because nobody gave a damn about optimization, as well as it would drain your Steam Deck's battery in 15 minutes. Makes no sense to release a game like that. Are you even working on it guys? What on Earth is even that.

Many crash, learn, many victories. Joking aside, it's a fantastic game, I had about 600 hours in D1 and this feels just as good, snowboarding is much faster though and mountain boarding feels slower but both are brilliant :D
What is up, gamers! Today we are talking about Descenders Next, a game that lets you rocket down a mountain at roughly Mach 4 until your skeleton feels like it’s vibrating at a completely different frequency and is trying to escape your skin. When you spend twenty agonizing minutes eating absolute dirt and shattering your collarbone just to finally nail a flawless, brain-melting 720, the rush of pure dopamine will hit your central nervous system like a double shot of adrenaline straight to the balls. This is the absolute premium, top-shelf good stuff. If you live for high-speed downhill adrenaline, you need this in your life immediately. For everyone who played the original masterpiece, you already know this franchise is the undisputed king of the mountain. But if you want to swap out your bike for some fresh sports, they got you. If you want to customize your gear, they got you, having expanded the system so hard you can tweak your boards, trucks, bindings, and tires until your setup looks like a neon stealth bomber ♥♥♥♥♥♥ a lawnmower. If you want an even more fleshed out career mode, you know it: they absolutely got you. If you ever lie awake at night, wondering if maybe your friends don't really think you're all that funny, and they're kinda just putting up with you just because it's easier than confronting you and making things awkward, they... Well the game doesn't really help with that, but maybe that's something you should work on yourself. And on that note, remember to wash your hands, leave a comment below if your favorite weekend hobby is forcefully checking your own prostate with a high-speed mountainboard axle at eighty miles an hour, and buy this game immediately unless you want me to track down your home address and sneeze directly into your open mouth while you're sleeping.
Amazing game for those who like Descenders! In my opinion the best extreme sports game on the market right now. With many more sports to come, the game is just getting better and better. (cant wait for bikes) Really recommend this game to literally everyone since its easy to get into. When mapping comes i'll definitely make some maps for this game. The game runs really well on my pc. (i have more playtime on gamepass lol) 10/10
This game was very fun to play, the physics are nice, the feel of speeding down was nice, and it run smooth like butter.
Brakes? What does that mean? Throttle wide on ice and rock. The abyss’s my stop.
It's fun.
Так же весело как и в первой части, только теперь на сноуборде, а на это четырехколесное недоразумение я закрыл глаза. К тому же после фатального приземления тут тоже платят модными трусами и футболками, за что, я считаю стоит посражаться
reviewing while in early access. a really well thought out sequel to descenders. i've only scratched the surface, but the gameplay is familiar while the tricks, courses and boards add new mechanics. while i'm not completely convinced by the balancing of boss jumps (the difficulty spike on biome 4 of snow board career seems out of place). overall a solid early access title that is getting regular updates. if you liked the original, you'll like the sequel.
Первая часть была намного лучше
