It's like a 12 year old made a video game in a good way.
This game has a great skeleton. Both the main character and the base game that's present at the time of writing this review. Combat is really fun, movement is responsive, destruction is satisfying, weapons feel unique for the most part, enemy variety isn't bad, puzzles are engaging but not too difficult. I could go on. Point is, everything here is solid, but everything could also use more time in the oven, things could be added and tweaked, things could be tuned to be a bit finer. For example, destruction is awesome, buildings crumble in a way that doesn't really get old. But it's mostly aesthetic, it'd be cool if the falling debris caused damage to enemies and vehicles below, allowing more use for the destruction, and even more strategy to combat. Another thing that could use a little tweaking that I can think of off the top of my head is the rocket launcher. It's obviously great at structural damage, but is quite pitiful on infantry like enemies. Maybe that's by design and is purposeful, but it's something I noticed that seemed odd. Overall though this game slaps as is. I'm definitely going to play a lot more, lots of fun watching tall buildings fall :)
this game is very fun, i've finished in 6h, but will play more to get all the collectionables and achievements. Almost all scenario is destroyable, the game have multiple bosses, multiple dungeons and multiple guns in a open world game. You can level up your character, guns and armor. You can buy news skills to define your gameplay. it's worth mention that almost the entire game was created by one single dev, and this make the experience even better. I higly recommend this game :)
Better than Crackdown 3, for real. This is like a combination of Crackdown and Just Cause 2. It took me about 3.5 hours to beat it I would guess and that was with doing nearly all of the side activities. I free-roamed for around an hour. For $7 it's a good amount of game and doesn't overstay its welcome. I wish there was more honestly, the destruction and gunplay are pretty awesome!
F!!! Yeah Get this with some TLC and funding this game could easily be What Crackdown had promised to be destructibility world with charming way of along the player respond in two different ways the norm or the blaaa come on ... oh and one big differents being that your hear to kill them all Muhahahaha love the old joke of ill kill you last >XP
Vasco plz fix
This game has some of the funnest building toppling physics you can get. It's so fun, but too short. I hope the length and amount of content keeps getting added too.
So much fun, been having a real blast with it! Getting almost Prototype vibes with how powerful you feel. Awesome work!
Best physics based gameplay
Had a blast with this game. It is very basic and can be completed in about three hours. I did run into a few issues with races (mini game) as they would start but send me on my race but the circles would load out of order. My only complaints is that when you attack with the melee it attack sin the direction your character is facing not where your cursor is on the screen. This will cause you to go in the wrong direction, miss your attack, sometimes fall into a spike pit. Menu screens do not have an escape button or a prompt telling you to "press X button to leave". This resulted in me stuck in the shop menu for a bit thinking the game was just bugged, but actually I needed to just press E. Additionally there were a few times that enemies would load in but they were not attacking, they were just sitting there. I look forward to further updates and wish the developer all the best.
