I think this is a great game to see (more or less) how hard it is to stay true to your ideas and still make peole happy but if you want to be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you can do that too !
Yes
100% achievement it, save and load menu breaks my game and crashes it so every run feels like 1 run or lose all progress, other, fun ish game, definitely has me pulling at my hair

Best Political Simulator out there. You can do: - Ultra Communism (Universal Basic Income Vibes) - Ultra Capitalism (Class warfare is a 50/50) - Ultra Liberalism (Literally everyone's free, only worries is the crime rate since everything is legal) - Managed Democracy (Just a dictatorship, you can essentially be there forever, you just got to keep winning) Overall, great game, personally the achievements are very fun to go for aswell
Try Democracy 3
Very weird experience. At first, the mechanics feel quite overwhelming, complicated, and fancy, largely because of the UI. However, after several hours, it just gets obnoxiously repetitive, and you realize it's illogical and badly designed. To be honest, most of my 23.8 hours in the game were quite interesting and enjoyable: I got a lot of my achievements during the first several playthroughs, when I just played according to my own ideology, and as for the rest, since this game's achievements have very specific numerical requirements, I would just pick one or more achievements to work toward in each save. The frustration begins when cyclones and simultaneous strikes appear as requirements for certain achievements: the former is a hidden event that is supposedly triggered by a rise in CO2 and the consequent rise in average temperature, and the latter by, well, worker dissatisfaction... I think? The problem is that after changing every possible policy and angering all environmentalists, the CO2 value barely changes, let alone enough to trigger the event; meanwhile, strikes just never happen simultaneously, and it's difficult to fine-tune the variables so that strikes trigger without other crises like crime or assassinations happening first. I'm actually very impressed with myself for getting the other achievement involving cyclones without deliberately trying this hard for it. So that being said, I eventually learned from "A (cheat) way to get all achievements" by politicalcat to finally 100% the game. Thank you so much politicalcat.
10/10 would wiretap my citizens again shout out my boy snowden
