About
A PURIST'S EXPERIENCE
Delta Manager is a hardcore management simulation. Forget arcade driving and 3D graphics: here, the action unfolds through a real-time command interface. Like a true Team Principal on the pit wall, you face a ruthless AI where only your ability to analyze telemetry determines the winner.
PREPARATION AND QUALIFYING
Victory is built before Sunday. Use free practice sessions to analyze driver behavior and find the perfect setup. Adapt to varied weekend formats: classic qualifying, reverse grids, or Sprint races. Every session is an opportunity to gain precious milliseconds.
THE RACE: MASTER THE CHAOS
Once the lights go out, the deep simulation takes over. Dirty Air, hybrid energy management, driver morale, and teammate friction are all simulated. Stay alert, as the race can turn at any moment. Virtual Safety Cars (VSC), Safety Cars, Red Flags, wheel lockups, or spins happen dynamically. With changing weather and realistic tire degradation, will you make the right strategic call at the right time?
R&D: MANAGING RISK
Your factory never sleeps. Development relies on a unique probabilistic system: will you attempt to fast-track parts at the risk of technical failure or failing scrutineering? Every dollar counts to stay under the strict financial limit set by the regulations. At the start of a cycle, choose the right aerodynamic concept: each has its own ceiling and potential. Only a visionary engineer will make the right choice.
THE DECISIVE OFF-SEASON
Future titles are won between seasons. Through a dedicated interface, manage the complete restructuring of your team: negotiate driver contracts, handle transfers, upgrade your HQ, and sign major sponsors (including team Naming rights).
EVOLVING GRID & LIVING WORLD
The history of your championship is never pre-written.
Driver Renewal: New talents (Regens) appear to challenge the veterans.
Team Movements: The grid is dynamic. New teams can join the championship, others may go bankrupt and disappear, or be bought out and completely change their identity (Rebranding).
Regulations: Minor or major rule changes can shuffle the hierarchy overnight.
COMPLETE DATA EDITOR
Take full control of the game universe. The built-in editor allows you to modify everything: points systems, financial income, team levels, or transfer policies. Create the championship of your dreams with no limits.
UNIQUE LOCAL MULTIPLAYER
Delta Manager offers a rare feature in the genre: a friendly "Hotseat" mode. Up to 11 players can simultaneously manage their respective teams on the same screen. Challenge your friends, compare strategies live, and find out who the real boss of the paddock is during intense race nights.

good ish
the game is really fun! hopefully in the future when there are multiple series you could see their calendar, standings pretty much everything you can see for your the series you are running & also would be nice to able to switch between series at the end of each season. another thing which is the most minor for me is maybe a different way to hire drivers, like a way to offer contracts during the season instead of the way it currently is.
The game is okay as someone who has messed around with F1 Managers and Motorsport manager. I will say that the Map Maker is an eye candy. I got this game because of it. After trying to learn the game (Yes i know it says coding and debugging) the game does not hit such as Motorsport Manager or F1 manager games. The game gives it to you bluntly, no tutorial, just here is everything. I originally returned the game with 0.4 hours because of the UI and Lost of direction (as in no tutorial or guide to what the game offers) but decided to give it one more chance and got it again. The second chance did not hit with me. Overall, the game just gives you a key and says go ahead with so much stuff at your face. Trying to upgrade the cars and its parts is confusing. This game does need a tutorial to its players.
I've got to say, this is probably the racing management sim that has stuck with me the most of the ones that came out in recent years. It definitely has it's flaws, I do suspect the UI to be (partially) developed using AI as it makes odd decisions typical of such an approach. For example there is no need for the lap number in a race to be set in something that looks like a red button, the 'standings' button to be the largest UI element during a race, or the 16x speed indicator to be set in a green button. Not everything works flawlessly, for example actions don't seem to register during a race when the game is paused? But the general approach to the game mechanics, the ease and depth of mods (I am heavy into the awesome historic F1 mods for this game, 500+ historically accurate drivers, period-accurate realistic fantasy team rebrandings etc.) that I am having a serious blast playing it. It really is a diamond in the rough with a very enthusiastic and involved developer. I just wish some of the UI decisions made more sense and looked more 'race-ey'.
Cool game, with tons of potential to create your own motorsport universe.
