Deep Sorrow is a walking simulator that takes place in the eerie setting of an abandoned (or is it?) bunker. In complete darkness, broken only by a few lights and your own flashlight, you seek to find your friend and/or leave the bunker again. This is a very short game, it took me half an hour to get through all of it. Pros: ❤ Bright Flashlight, just enough batteries. ❤ Original Monster Design. Cons: 💀 No real story except for a note in the beginning and a few muttered words. 💀 No option to save the game, but opportunity to die, resulting in potentially having to restart from the very beginning. 💀 Strange and unpredictable monster behavior. Rating: ★ (1/5 Stars) If you'd like, you can find my full playthrough here: https://youtu.be/QlhgwIZKgWw?si=5KBTkccUXKVqF75o
Has its shortcomings, but not a terrible game. Could definitely be improved upon, but worth playing through once. Definitely has a "my first, complete game" feel to it. 100% in 37 minutes. (Followed a guide for finding the collectables.)
I would like to recommend this game, I liked the atmosphere, I was curious about the story, but it just have so many bugs, and the fact that you cannot save make things worst. I had to replay the game once because I got stuck and was unable to exit. I gave the game another chance, than it bugged on the crate things, leaving the entering on the passage locked. In no way I want to replay the game for the third time...
i got stuck behind wooden boxes and had to quit my playthrough because you can,t save the game file
Highly not recommended!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
The gameplay is short, and while the lack of a save function is somewhat acceptable, what’s even more ridiculous is that I couldn't fully experience the game content. The graphics settings are severely lacking, with the highest resolution option being 1080p and no ability to switch between fullscreen and windowed modes—completely baffling. The game is locked at 60fps, and combined with terrible motion blur, I can only say that even for a demo, the experience is disastrous. What’s more baffling is that launching the game inexplicably opens SteamVR. I mean, nowhere on the store page does it say this is a VR game, right? Even if it were, 60 FPS in VR wouldn’t make anyone feel dizzy? And then there are the constant crashes, even when I’m not doing anything in the game. Coupled with the lack of a save function, I can only say that the experience is truly heartbreaking.
