Deep, In the Forest

This is not a game. This is a grindfest. The balance is absolutely horrendous.

"Deep, In the Forest" ist ein niedliches, forderndes und abwechslungsreiches Kampfkartenspiel mit Roguelike-Elementen. 2022 erhielt das Spiel einen neuen Grafikstil. Diese "Wiederbelebung" des Spiels finde ich gut und ich habe das Spiel dadurch noch einmal herausgekramt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre: Ich möchte auch wieder auf den alten Grafikstil umschalten können, denn trotz des Aufwands, der ohne Zweifel in der grafischen Überarbeitung steckt, hat mir die "alte" Variante einfach mehr gefallen. Nichtsdestotrotz: Das motivierende Spielprinzip mit dem etwas meditativen, beruhigenden Charakter bleibt und hat meine volle Empfehlung!

Не знаю, как кому, но меня эта игра расслабляет. Вечерком спокойно поиграть самое то.

Game is fun, the combo mechanic is unique and interesting. Get this game on sale and you won't regret it. Things to improve upon: Balance: a lot of cards are pretty bad and the bosses are way too strong. I cleared an entire region on normal and could still not survive more than 4 turns vs the boss. Exploration: I like the exploration but it would be nice if there were more rewards or events on the map. Things like card removal, card upgrades, relics, bag upgrades, etc.
