Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.86/day in the week to Aug 23 → 23.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a good game, but has undisclosed generative AI assets. Deadzone Rogue's really satisfying and fun game to play. I got into it after playing the open playtest for the sequel, Deadzone Rogue 2, and felt like I should play the first to better appreciate the sequel. Ignoring how odd it is to release a sequel less than a year after the original came out, Deadzone Rogue is very much like its sequel, which of course makes sense, just with a slightly worse UI, droprates, and balancing. Though, as I played it, I realized it felt oddly generic. Then I started paying attention to the billboards, user avatars in the logs, and the stat boosting items. Why does a Pet Leash increase my damage by 20% for 5 seconds when I kill an enemy? Why does a Hair Dryer make enemies spread Debuffs on death? It doesn't really make much sense thematically or anything; it's not like our main character holds a specific sort of novelty for regular day-to-day items. Given the fact they haven't disclosed the gen AI usage with the art assets, I wouldn't be surprised if they had asked an AI for some items to round out the list. It's so disappointing. The game FEELS so good, but I can't support the usage of generative AI, especially undisclosed usage of it. If they felt so confident in using gen AI in their product, why not disclose it?

dont listen to the review bombing of this game. if they can make a much bigger, ambitious, detailed game, rather than glued together dlc for a game thats holding them back, so be it. i cannot wait for the second game!
Not the type to write reviews normally, but I don't appreciate the review bombing, so here I am. It's a rogue-like looter-shooter with some interesting build diversity. For $25 it's a good value for your money. The highlights are the gunplay, unique builds, dark sci-fi atmosphere, and replayability. The runs are relatively short as you would expect. 15 minutes to max 35 minutes for high-difficulty runs. Different game modes like glass cannon, arena, close or long range guns, etc. add even more variety and unlocks. There's a bit of end-game grind if that's your thing. Overall, it's a 7.5 or 8 out of 10, or maybe 9 if you're really into this type of game. The DLC is entirely optional. One is for cosmetics, the other is the soundtrack. Please don't believe the haters complaining about a sequel. The devs explained why they're going for a new game (with a free demo) instead of a DLC, so at least read it first instead of complaining about greed. It's an indie game, not AAA with micro-transactions.

If you typically avoid the Roguelike genre (like me) or are just bored with the same old formula you need to play Deadzone: Rogue. While it keeps the addictive "fight, die, upgrade, repeat" loop, it completely flips the script on how you approach an action-roguelike room. However, it is not a perfect game. After spending dozens of hours grinding out runs, there are some noticeable cracks in the steel hull of the ISS-X. PROS: - Every single sector begins in total stealth. The game gives you a moment to breathe, scan the layout, and plan an execution strategy before the absolute chaos drops. - Hitting mechanical weak spots, managing shield recharges, and fighting recoil feels closer to a tight tactical shooter than an arcade bullet hell. - Combining elements like Void and Shock to trigger screen-clearing chain reactions is intuitive and is very cool to watch. CONS: - Higher difficulties are tightly locked behind individual mission completion. Once your permanent progression scales up, you out-power the base difficulties, turning the mid-game into a repetitive loop to unlock the real challenges. - The movement is usually fast and fluid, but occasionally getting physically stuck on background collision or debris during a high-stakes firefight causes plenty of unfair deaths. Looking Forward: Prophecy Games has already announced Deadzone: Rogue 2, which shifts the fight from the cramped space corridors down to a post-apocalyptic Earth ruled by an evil machine intelligence. With a free playable demo arriving soon, I really hope they take the tactical foundation established here and use the sequel to smooth out these progression and geometry flaws. The Verdict: Despite some pacing issues and occasional geometric clutter, it remains another indie gem. It takes the progression of a great roguelite, the gunplay of a high-tier sci-fi shooter, and injects a layer of strategy that the genre desperately needs. Absolutely worth it!
Is it perfect? no. Did I care about any sort of story? no I did not. I did enjoy playing with my friends, looting items, killing enemies, picking perks and items, and leveling up. Other people may have differing opinions, but *I* definitely feel like I got my money's worth of enjoyment out of this game.
Deadzone Rogue is a fps roguelite which got repurposed from their former game an extraction shooter. Nevertheless it's a great game. What makes this game different from any run of the mill rogue lites is the structure. The game is seperated into 4 story chapters. Each story chapter has main missions and side missions. Each mission has 20-30 rooms etc. So if you fail a mission it's not really a biggie because the other missions you already cleared stay that way. There are safe rooms in the run that you occasional run into in a mission in which you can save and quit the game. Pros: *Story is decent(you might hate it if you like elon musk though because they parody him alot/i think they parody pre-maga elon anyhow) *Gunplay is great *Synergies *Quality of life: Saving inside of runs etc. *Pacing *Difficulty: You can choose between difficulties for each mission and get more or less rewards for it. (The game might seem very easy at first but it ramps up) *Challenge side missions are fun: Clear a room within a specific time limit, only use melee weapons etc. *Skill/Perk meta progression *Imbalanced builds are lots of fun. *It has coop (didnt try it though) *Enemy variety is decent. (enemies have different attacks and patterns/look destincitve) Some other games like roboquest dont seem to have such distincitve characterstics as far as i can see) Cons: *Gfx are a little outdated but I personally really didn't mind. Didn't have any performance issues nor crashed. *Weapon skins: You can get weapon skins as rewards and tbh all of them are ugly. All in all a very enjoyable game. 8.5-9/10 (Need to sit on it and digest it a bit more before I give it a final rating, but I'm gonna update this part.
Not a fan of the announcement of the second game before the first game has been fully fleshed out and complete.
the game just launched and they already announced a sequel lmfao
