The sci-fi survival-horror classic returns, completely rebuilt to offer an even more immersive experience — including visual, audio, and gameplay improvements — while staying faithful to the original game’s thrilling vision.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 32.71/day in the week to Sep 14 → 18.8/day in the week after.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Mostly, I prefer watching horror movies rather than playing horror games. I first played this game a long time ago. I played the original, and it impressed me so much. Dead Space completely captivated me and never let me go. A game that fueled my fascination with space, exploring the universe, and everything beyond. From the very beginning, after just a few minutes of gameplay, the game puts you on edge and makes you feel uncomfortable. It completely immerses you in a dark, eerie world — a world with no way out. There is only you and this empty spaceship USG Ishimura drifting in the middle of nowhere, making you feel completely isolated. You're alone on the ship, surrounded by empty, abandoned crew cabins and the bodies of the crew scattered throughout the corridors. The overall eerie atmosphere is amplified by amazing sound effects. And when those sounds fade away, leaving you alone in the middle of it all in an unsettling silence... well, you start getting goosebumps. Back in the day, my friends and I would even get together to play this masterpiece for fun. But we all knew that wasn't the real reason - playing together made it less scary :D My first playthrough only sparked even more curiosity about the Dead Space universe, and I was thrilled when I realized just how huge its lore is. With two animated movies, comic books, and much more, there’s so much more to discover, and I’m sure it won’t leave any fan unmoved. In the end, thanks to this game, I discovered the works of Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke. Yet another proof that video games can contribute to personal growth. :)
good game but runs poorly cant figure out performance fix and caused my pc to shut down. classic EA. atleast i didnt have to use the trash launcher.
This remake is fantastic! The elements of horror conveyed from the original look stunning with the updated graphics! Also, the Zero-G rework from the original is a million times better! The only thing missing is a proper photo mode to capture the atmosphere and essence of the Ishumura.
I bought this game on sale and even then its a hard recommendation. The stuttering is a huge issue with me even after messing with the settings. I purposely waited the 3 years to see if the stuttering ever got fixed and it never did, I thought it was an over exaggeration until i bought the game, but it stutters every minute and soft locks me for 10 seconds or more.
