of the 8-9 dragons like all of them locked behind paywalls or kickstarter and everything else. you can play like literally 2-3

bad gam
I loved this game but honestly there's really not much to do, I would have thought for a game that's been in years of early access it would have much more content but instead we just have different skins for the dragons and that's about it for content... Not to mention it runs like absolute dookie and you cant get more than 60fps for some reason.
So much time has passed since this game came out, why hasn't anything improved? Why are there so many bugs with the game? Why are we making stuffed toys before making the game better and improving the experience for others? I don't know what the developers are thinking, but it clearly screams that they wish to make as much money as they can without *actually* improving the game for players who have dedicated years and hundreds of dollars. Over the last few months the average peak player count per day is roughly 250 people, with an average of 150 people on at a given moment, this is awful. Who are we making these stuffed toys for? Why are we even focusing on that when people clearly want the game to be improved? I'm investing my time and money elsewhere in hopes that another game will come out which may exceed the expectations Day of Dragons once had. Wishing everyone the best!
Its a fun game, sure, but fun in the same way a bad game is fun to play for a bit. Half the dragon species are locked behind a paywall and it's just.. not a good game. The devs clearly don't have any drive to actually make a game, just to get money, and have been making low effort updates that don't add anything much to the game. It's badly optimized and for a while even just having too many trees on your screen caused lag (so no looking at the forests!). Not sure if that's been fixed as I stopped playing a bit ago. The balancing is horrible, growing to an adult while playing solo is impossible unless you sit in one super unpopulated spot for however long it takes (over 4 hours for some species if i remember correctly), and even once you are an adult, you have to stay still lest a clan of several people decide to smite you for the crime of existing. While I understand the point of PvP is the actual PvP part, its not really PvP. It's PvPPPPPPPP where you're running away from clans that have no member limit and have bred super strong dragons that you physically cannot outrun with a base spawn dragon. Not to mention the devs are also not great overall. EXTREMELY delayed/pushed back release dates for stuff, and when the player base complains, the devs get butt-hurt about stuff. I cannot stress enough how much you shouldn't buy the game, if not because it's bad quality and not worth the money, then just to avoid rewarding this sort of lazy game development.
I feel very mislead and taken advantage of for my money. The game is beautiful, but the development is pretty poor. Almost every notification I get from the Discord Server is something being sold or on sale. There are issues within the game itself, the bugs, lag, and the players. Clans aren't great because some feel powerful and above others and often kill solo players. There are many other issues I have, but it would take an hour to read. Pros: Good graphics, great dragon animations, fun flight mechanics and pvp Cons: Poor optimization, copied dragon designs, most dragons and skins are locked (DLCs, Kickstarter/Patreon exclusive, or missions), lots of bugs, and misleading announcements (game trailers with things that don't exist yet) I'll keep watching the development with hope that things will improve because my dream is a realistic dragon survival game. Day of Dragons is close to that, but it has many issues. I don't hate this game or any people working on it. Some of you them are very talented and kind. If these things improve, I'll consider playing again and update to a positive review.
The game very nice It's a good game but when it comes to skins it's very very complicated It should not be this complicated to get different schemes It's not beginner friendly trust me they should make a update and to make things easier this game except that is cool it's just lacking complicated things But the whole game is good except that
Do not recommend due to lack of meaningful development while the devs are concerned with skins and skins and more skins to sell.
