Reviews
I'm getting terrible fps on the lowest settings on my steam deck. So this review is only for Steam Deck users you will not get above 10 FPS running this game. I didn't actually play it due to the low frame rate and will be refunding. Hopefully desktop users have a better experience with it.
I was pretty disappointed with this honestly. It is optimized quite poorly. Doesn't run well on a decent PC without a lot of fiddling. The trailer being a slideshow on the store page should have been a giveaway for that I guess. Aside from that, the gameplay just comes off as quite uninspired and generic. The "voice acting" is atrocious. I assumed it was AI generated, but since this game doesn't list that is uses AI per Steam's requirements, then I'm assuming it's just really bad monotone voices. I'm personally quite fed up with terrible and AI voice-over in games. It's so immersion breaking, and comes off as an insult to the player. Finding anything is almost impossible and there seems to be no coherence or a rhyme or reason for anything you have to do. I'll admit, I haven't made it too far into the game, I don't think. I tried. I like to give games the benefit of the doubt to see if they can impress me. It didn't happen with this one up until I got stumped for like the 4th time, not having the slightest idea of what it wants me to do next. I would save your $7 for something else. There are some really excellent horror games at that price, but this isn't one unfortunately. Oh, I will point out, some of the graphics and locations are pretty cool. The neighborhood in the beginning looks nice, and the water on the ground looks fantastic. The next location near the haunted house is pretty cool too. It's a large wooded area you do actually have to explore a bit. I did appreciate those elements of the game.
GOOD GAME LOVED THE GRAPHICS VERY NICE VERY SHORT GAME WAS HOPING IT WAS LONGER BUT GOOD GAME
