About
Welcome to a world of suspicion, deception and busy bodies. Welcome to Dahlia View.
Inspired by 1950’s cinema, White Paper Games brings you a detective thriller with twists, turns and accusations in a case that’s taken the attention of an entire neighbourhood.
A girl has gone missing and your neighbours are acting suspiciously.
You play the role of a retired detective, a detective that shouldn’t be on the case, but who can’t help themselves. You need to find the truth, a truth that will cause close relationships to fracture.
You know from years of experience that when a child goes missing, it’s often the people closest that know something. Since they won’t give you the answers, you must take matters into your own hands. When a girl’s life is at stake, etiquette goes out the window.
By Spying
You have the perfect view from your window, take that opportunity to spy on your neighbour’s daily activities to see if they’re hiding anything suspicious.
By Breaking and Entering
You see something that piques your curiosity, you can’t help yourself. Break into areas you have no business being, pick locks that your neighbours think will protect their secrets, maybe take an item or two, for evidence of course…
By making your own deductions in classic detective style
We’re not holding your hands here. You’re the detective, you have the evidence, now how does it connect? We’ll leave that to you to figure out
A young girl’s life is at risk. Wouldn’t you do anything you could to return her to her family?

Великолепная игра
There isn't much of decision making to do, it's more of a linear game. But there is stuff that's missable. One thing I have to mention is the lockpicking mechanic: It's one of the best I've ever seen in a game. At least on keyboard it feels very immersive when you have to struggle with your hand to keep the keys pressed. I liked The Occupation more, but this is still a good game.
