- The worst thing about this game is its UI, which is probably coming from its console first interface, but they’ve managed to make it a real torture on PC - Imagine you need to move your mouse and with your right hand simultaneously press X, T and J. Try it with your left hand only, feeling comfortable? :) - UI does not allow you to skip any cutscenes. - UI pauses the game when you alt+tab, so you cannot even look at other tabs in your PC, YOU HAVE TO actively watch cutscene. - UI makes you watch intro cutscenes (logos, warnings, save explanations) each and every time you start the game - You cannot skip through the dialog if you already read the subtitles. - The concept is good - trying to recreate one of the best Hitchcock masterpieces, with a different story. But the only good thing about the story is the perp and their motive, the rest is just pure silliness. - Imagine you are in a chair and you are trying to pursue the perp all the while asking another person to not to call the police. Or keep suspecting someone who has been helping you all the time. - Continuity is a drag as well, you will see tons of SLOOOOOOOW camera movements and participate in so many unnecessary conversations, which are rather badly written. - I would compliment the VO though, actors are very good in what they were doing, which is partly saving this trainwreck of a game. Personally, I would avoid any future games from this studio, not my cup of tea at all. And I do not appreciate being torture with monstrous UI, which would be considered outdated even in early 80’s.

Ganz furchtbar und unsympathisch. Alles ist fuuuuurchtbaaaaar iiiin diiiieeeee Lääänge geeezooogen. Alleine im Intro steht ein Mann minutenlang vor einem Haus und nichts passiert. Die Grafik ist seltsam rot-stichig und mit unrealistischen Farben. Die männlichen Charaktere haben überbreite Schultern. Der Sprecher ist ebenso sehr unsympathisch. Als ich aus dem Fotografiermodus nicht mehr rausgekommen bin, weil keine Taste dafür angezeigt wurde, ist mir der Kragen geplatzt. Deinstalliert. Der Originalpreis 30 Euro ist der größte Schlag ins Gesicht der letzten 10 Jahre PC-Spiele.

Неплохо. Игра представляет из себя простенький квест в духе старой школы, но слегка упрощенный, как мне показалось. Слушаем диалоги, задаем уточняющие вопросы, ищем нужные предметы, продвигаемся по сюжету. История сама по себе трагичная, как никак похищение ребенка, это и по сей день вызывает ужас в обществе. В сюжете, помимо главной сюжетной линии, раскрываются и личные истории остальных персонажей, что неплохо так помогает общему пониманию мотивов тех или иных людей. И на удивление, мне не понравилось играть за нашего героя, во-первых, чисто игро-механически управление неудобное даже на геймпаде. Во-вторых, когда ситуация действительно того требует, например не вызывает полицию, поступая очень эгоистично, напоминаю, на кону жизнь ребенка, а ты инвалид, прикованный к креслу, ну и да, кричать в темном подвале, где вероятно может быть похищенная девочка «Шарлотта, ты здесь?» очень умно со стороны человека, который работал с криминалом большую часть жизни. Но это все мелочи, по большей степени на удовольствие это мало как влияет. Если вас не пугает неудобное управление, щепетильные темы, связанные с похищениями и насилием, и вы любите старые добрые квесты, то игра вас не разочарует.

Dopo aver letto diverse recensioni temevo sarebbe stato un gioco troppo walking simulator e poco stimolante. Quanto ero lontano dalla verità. Sceglierete cosa chiedere agli indiziati, e le scelte hanno conseguenze su alcune informazioni ed eventi a cui avrete accesso. Risolverete puzzle ambientali semplici ma intelligenti. Metterete insieme le prove per arrivare alle conclusioni. Riceverete un colpo in testa e perderete i sensi... Inizierete il viaggio chiusi in una camera, su una sedia a rotelle, passando il tempo guardando il quartiere di Dahila View dalla finestra attraverso una macchina fotografica. Una bambina scompare, probabilmente rapita, e vi ritroverete a indagare in parte attraverso la macchina fotografica e in parte andando in giro in cerca di indizi e prove. Interrogherete i vicini in cerca di una verità che sembra sempre sfuggente e fumosa, con vicini apparentemente normali che hanno tanti piccoli segreti che potrebbero essere legati al caso. Ognuno potrebbe essere il rapitore, e avanzerete nei dubbi fino al finale. 10 belle ore trascorse insieme a una storia ben narrata e una buonissima recitazione sia visiva che di doppiaggio. I personaggi risultano molto espressivi e questo aiuta a immergersi nella ricerca della bambina, con il tempo tiranno che trascorre e la paura che sia troppo ormai tardi per fare qualcosa. Un viaggio toccante, emozionante. Davvero un bel gioco. Consigliato a chi ama i giochi ben narrati, indagini alla Poirot e risolvere casi.
