some connection issues and display/translation problems, but the fighting game itself is so good, hopefully Team Arcana can continue to improve the netcode and backport the exAGAIN balance changes to this version! we want a sequel!
It's got some issues but theyre clearly dedicated to fixing it and the game is good and training mode is good biggest issue is that pekomaru and kureha are in the game
As a potato PC user I can confirm. This game (version 101) runs on HD Intel Graphics 2000 alone disabling the filters and played on fullscreen at the lowest resolution (my processor is a HP Compaq Elite i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz). Technical stuff asside this game feels like a mix of Guilty Gear with some spicing of Jojo and even Immaterial and Missing Power as this game have a "Stand-like" user system, a grazing mechanic to avoid projectiles with your dash and a magic bar system along with the typical special counter. The game have a bad keyboard support for the moment (as it assumes two players will play on the same keyboard) and not all keys are available to chose. Playing with controller is recommended for now unless you preffer to play with the directional arrows along with the keyboard numbers. Anyways, I'm glad this hidden Japanese gem of a fighting game finally got an official western release. (Reizei super desperation move goes so hard)

As a PC port (of an arcade game) made by one Japanese guy and self-published by the original studio, this is decent. The fact it received regular updates since launch in particular is a good sign that issues will be progressively addressed over time. I have barely played the game so far, so if you want to know more about the game and its mechanics, there are several reviews about that out there (and even about the original arcade version). Pros:

The game's first official home release!
Quality-of-life options in training mode, including a hitbox viewer.
Rollback netcode. It's not perfect from what I've heard but I have to commend the effort, especially when the port was made by one dev.
Mostly stable offline experience barring a few issues listed in cons.
Nitpicks:

Due to its arcade roots, the game uses DirectX 9.0c, which means it will suffer from additional input lag outside of exclusive fullscreen on Windows.
Subpar English translation, but it was to be expected. This includes the manual which is only partially translated.
No music on the main menu, which really feels empty as a result.
None of the improvements from the "exAgain" version (balance changes, visual updates), but that's likely down to contractual issues.
Cons:

The framerate limiter is broken and caps out at 64 fps instead of the expected 60 fps, probably due to "sleep" instructions causing rounding errors. Thankfully this does not seem to cause game speed to change unlike most fighting games, but I'd assume it can cause issues online.
Poor image scaling. It seems to be using nearest neighbour scaling, causing the image and especially any on-screen text to look "blocky". The "screen filter" option seems to either apply a blur filter or bilinear scaling which does not seem very effective.
Lots of minor bugs here and there both offline and online: wrong character VS screen and banner in survival mode, broken achievement conditions, issues with lobbies and netcode in online matches...
Lacklustre keyboard support with pretty bad default controls and no way of remapping them, but it's apparently being worked on.
Overall not the most modern or polished port ever, but still much more functional than some other releases at launch and with encouraging signs that it will keep being updated and fixed.
