Choose your in-game-leader, sniper, the pace at which your team plays, how to attack and defend each site, and decide on many other tactical elements to optimize your teams approach
Mastering all maps at the same time is tough, prioritize depending on your teams abilities, and your players preferences

first review!!!!, its alright, good sound track, but can be a little daunting and overwhelming to new players, would like a tutorial, but very much like the game
Don't let the rough graphics turn you away from this game. If you're into the pro cs scene and love management sims, this is the perfect game for you. Granted, the game is still being actively developed so don't expect everything to be perfect now that it's released into 1.0. This game is headed by a solo dev who is very responsive to feedback and suggestions which I'm happy to support. I'm excited to see what this game will look like down the road, as it can only get better from here.

Not improved enough since demo and 11 dolars too much for this game
Played a good time of the demo too - lots of good bones here, creator is constantly updating when they can as well. Can see this as a great Esport Sim moving forward! Keep supporting so they can keep providing us good updates and content!
better than esports manager 2026
CS Manager

What’s the Game About?
CS Manager is a game where our main goal is to manage and lead an esports team. We can choose from hundreds of teams that are already created for the game, or we can create our own team from scratch, starting out as an amateur organization and working our way up. The game is a typical management simulator where we are responsible for running our team. We can set tactics, manage players and the roster, handle finances, organize training sessions, prepare strategies for specific maps, and make many other decisions related to the team’s development and performance. What makes the game even more interesting is that it was created by a single developer who clearly has a genuine passion for Counter-Strike. According to the developer himself, he has been working on the game for three years. You can really see how much effort, attention to detail, and love for the game has gone into creating CS Manager.
First Impressions
My first impressions of CS Manager were very positive. Interestingly, I discovered the game completely by accident on the Discord server of another management game with a very similar concept. Someone mentioned that CS Manager was coming out, which caught my attention, so I decided to check it out. At the time, a demo was available, and I played it on my second account. I spent enough time with the demo to realize that the game had a lot of potential. I enjoyed it enough to know that I would definitely be interested in playing the full release. Although the game has officially reached version 1.0, it doesn’t really feel like the end of its development. The developer has already shared a full roadmap on Discord outlining what is planned for the future. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised that a game like this even exists, and my first experience with it left me genuinely excited to see where it goes next.
Gameplay
• Creating your own team - We can create a team from scratch and customize various aspects right from the beginning. We can choose whether our organization will be amateur, semi-professional, or professional, as well as decide how much starting money we want to have and other starting conditions. The selection of available team logos is quite limited, but there are still a few options to choose from. It would definitely be nice to see more customization options in the future. • Pre-made teams - We can also choose from teams created by the developer. Due to copyright reasons, the teams, logos, and player names are not officially based on real organizations and players, so everything has been changed. Most of the logos appear to have been created using AI, but this does not really take away from the experience. Considering that the game was developed by a single person, it is understandable that the developer focused more on the actual gameplay, systems, and coding rather than creating hundreds of unique logos. • Managing the team - We have full control over our organization and can manage different aspects of the team. We can upgrade our facilities, hire staff members, and invest in the development of our organization to make it stronger over time. We can also create and manage an academy, allowing us to develop young and potentially talented players who could eventually become important members of our main roster. • Match simulation - Matches are simulated on individual maps, and we can follow the game as it progresses while making decisions along the way. The current match simulation is relatively simple and somewhat limited, but it is still one of the more interesting parts of the game. It does a good job of capturing the general feel of how a Counter-Strike match works. • Database Editor - The game also includes a Database Editor, which allows us to modify existing teams and customize their names, logos, players, preferences, and many other details. This gives players a lot more freedom to create a database that matches the real Counter-Strike scene or simply build their own custom universe. The developer has also announced plans to expand the editor in the future, including the ability to edit tournaments, sponsors, and much more.
Graphics & Audio
Visually, CS Manager is a surprisingly good-looking game. While it was built using Unity, the engine itself doesn’t take anything away from the overall presentation. Quite the opposite the game has a clean and fitting visual style that captures the atmosphere of Counter-Strike really well. It is clear that the developer put a lot of care into the details and into making the game feel connected to the world of Counter-Strike. Considering that the entire project was developed by one person, the visual side of the game is especially impressive. The audio is much simpler, but it works well for what the game is trying to achieve. There is nothing that particularly stands out, either positively or negatively, but I also didn’t encounter anything that bothered me. Overall, the sound design does its job and complements the gameplay without getting in the way.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I have to say that CS Manager has left me with a very positive impression. At $25, the game is certainly not the cheapest management title out there, but I can completely understand the price. Developing a game like this alone, writing the code yourself, and building everything from scratch is a huge amount of work. In my opinion, the price goes hand in hand with the quality of the game and, perhaps even more importantly, with what the developer still plans to add in the future. Rather than focusing solely on the price tag, I would look at what the game actually offers. CS Manager is already a very well-made management game, and when compared to other titles focused on running your own esports team, it stands out in a very positive way. There is a lot of potential here, and the roadmap makes me even more interested in seeing how the game develops. One of the criticisms you might come across is the use of AI-generated logos, but honestly, I don't see it as a major issue. Considering that this is a game developed by one person, I would much rather see the developer focus on the actual game, its systems, and future content. And for those who want a more authentic experience, the game already includes a database editor, allowing the community to create their own databases with real teams, logos, player names, and other details. These are ultimately just small imperfections in what is otherwise a really impressive game. CS Manager clearly has a lot of passion behind it, and I think it is absolutely worth checking out, especially if you're a Counter-Strike fan who enjoys management games. Final Score: 10/10
Com toda certeza hoje o melhor jogo do gênero. Complexo, desafiador e difícil. Certamente um grande início. Ficará melhor ainda a medida que sairem novos recursos e atualizações.
I've never yelled GO A YOU USELESS TIT more. Flashes are just as ineffective as CS and silvers charge smoke for random clutches. Only thing that needs to be added is the ability for the AI to pick up guns.
A very fun and addictive game. It's not the deepest manager game in the world, but it has enough interesting mechanics to keep the game interesting for a long time. The difficulty is perfect, it takes time to take a weaker team to the top, but it's definitely doable. Absolutely the best esports manager game on the market right now.
AI ist just stupid and does everything to loose rounds and matches for u
