About
Crystal Breaker is a dynamic incremental game about flying through crystal planet, destroying crystal formations, and constantly upgrading your ship. Some crystals are easy to break, while others explode or require much greater firepower to destroy.
As you progress, you will upgrade your main weapon to break through crystal masses faster, unlock new resources, and earn more efficiently.
Crystal Breaker is a game about constant growth, satisfying destruction, discovering new crystal types, and building an increasingly powerful space mining ship.

Pretty fun little game. The mining and upgrades feel satisfying, and I like how simple it is to just jump in and play. Nice game to chill with for a bit.
I've "beat it" in about 2 hours. It's pretty short. I've bought all the unlocks, all the planets, all the ships, and I've started mostly maxing most of the crystals. The performance at the end is rough. Dev, if you're reading this, i'd strongly recommend giving us the option to turn off shadows and floating text to help with performance!

Less than 2 hours of content. Even with a 9950 and 5900 the game crawls down to 1 fps later on. Pretty fun for the first hour or so. The game just sort of ends at some point with no clear ending or final objective. Each planet is the same so you mostly see the whole game in the demo. Try before you buy.
Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Crystal Breaker Inc: Fun mining game that really shines by its progression mechanics. The usual skill tree, but also lootboxes and a superfun merging system that combines similar weapons or modifiers for insane power. + Most games that use a merging mechanic do it out of lazyness (power creep without new ideas). Coupled with lootboxes and spawn probability upgrades, this one does it in a creative way and makes it a really exciting feature. + Looting weapons an lootbox tickets (for modifiers) is the most fun part of the runs (more than collecting crystals), and this makes Crystal Breaker Inc stand out in the incremental mining subgenre by focusing on movement to find the loot rather than just circling mindlessly through the screen with your mouse. - I'd recommend smoothing the progression curve. Start feels a bit slow and mid-game power creep feels too powerful (which makes the player lose some interest in the next upgrades). - I hate it when games don't have an end. Without sense of accomplishment, I just feel like I waisted 3 hours of my life and will never get them back. Please, don't make me feel bad about myself! ;-) *Why was the gemstone salesman arrested? I wish this game had more of a story and an end game, it doesn't seem to have an end game, after getting all the upgrades and best ship, etc (let me know if I missed something). Like just having the robot say congrats you have achived the dream would have been something. The music didn't seem to have much variety. Also wish this would have achivements. It's a bit grindy, but with a bit more story, something to indicate the end game, a couple more music tracks, and achives, I would have enjoyed it much more. It did lag out on me at the end planet with crystals maxed, but there wasn't any point playing past that as far as I can tell. Edit: Got Planet Harvester in a bundle with this game and now that I'm trying it, it's a better game so far. Has the moving around planet shooting things to harvest part, but isn't all just one thing like crystals. Adds interesting bits and accessories to the planet. TONS of achivements. Story seems more interesting so far. Music seems more varied.
This game needs more content.
A relaxing loop of breaking crystals, upgrading your weapon, unlocking resources and pushing further into the crystal world.
Simple concept, clear progression, satisfying upgrades. That's basically the whole pitch and honestly that's enough.
Somehow the developers put the demo version as the full game. if you download the demo its the full game. If you buy it your locked to the first planet while the demo has several. There has been alot of discussion posts about this as well with no responses from devs. The game also seems to have a terrible memory leak. game became unplayable after awhile.
Do NOT launch this game if you have work tomorrow. You will tell yourself "just one more weapon upgrade" until dawn.
