Cro Magnon

Great potential. Although I am unsure of how the buildings progress because I am 39 min in, which I expect to change, alot of challenge, but i would wish for better way to select unit, particulary males 12-older in terms of combat due to being invaded and unable to grab all my males at once searching for them because they are on and about with hunting, which can get irritating and perhaps selective building areas, but anyways, Cro magnon presents a beautiful or deal of putting you in the days of the prehistoric atmosphere, harsh and violent, more or less the potential is great, and I expect to see more of it as it progresses. Although as seen in the news update, one thing to warn you about although they are working on fixing it, saving the game quite frankly is abit glitched.

Very early game, not very well made, doesnt explain how to play very well or at all. Went into it thinking it was going to be a caveman like Banished type game and gameplay. Was not at all like Banished but i suppose its too early on too expect much. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE A GAME THAT DOESNT WORK VERY WELL!!

Cro magnon est avant tout une idée que je trouve originale. Car il faut bien le dire, en l'état, il ne vaut pas encore son prix et ce même si ce prix n'est que de dix euros. C'est une sortie anticipée, avec des défauts, le jeu non complet ( largement pas, j'ose espérer) des mécanismes grossiers. C'est un pouce en l'air cependant, pour l'idée. Idée à encourager absolument, c'est le propre de mon achat. Je mise beaucoup sur le concept, à voir si ce sera un blackjack! ou un coup pour la banque.

This game is only for people who like that type of game and on top of that don't mind to play with a quite far from being finished game (I've tested 15/08/2018 so in Early access) Beware ! This is NOT the kind of game in which you take full control of a caracter and fight or explore directly as him, no, here you just assign roles (hunt / produce tools / reproduce / scavenge / and so on) to all the people of your tribe and they follow them more or less.... and you let time (years) pass by and wait to see how the tribe evolves. I've been fan of games like Civilization since Civ (1) so I enjoy games in which you manage the evolution of a tribe over a long period, and that's why I've bought Cro Magnon because I thought I'd love it too, but I couldn't fall in love. The idea is good, the dev is not bad at all, but I've became bored quit quickly, probably because it's frustrating (at least for me) not to really controls everything like in Civ (in fact it's rather the opposite, your control is very limited) and especialy not be able to send a warrior protect someone being murdered by a Neandertal or a wild animal even if it's not too far from the camp, or other things like that. So, unless you are sure this is the type of game you like, do not buy it... or at least wait for the final version in case it would have much improved in the meantime. PS : I play offline as often as I can and that's why I only seems to have played a few minutes to this game while I played a bit more than an hour.

Wow. Where to begin. Firstly, the game screenshots and trailer make the game look 100x more playable and enjoyable than it actually is. So much could have been done with this game. It has so much potential. But when basic game play actions like zoom and scroll and point and click aren't even available and you can only play the game in eagle eye mode, so much is missing from this. As it stands currently, this is not a playable game. It's a panoramic view of something which has yet to be transformed into a game. It's not even worthy of being on early access. Come on guys. At least improve some key elements of this game before charging anything for this. Interesting idea. In a VERY early development phase. Released 2 years ago... come on. This can be so much better.

Se encuentra en un nivel muy, muy, muy básico de desarrollo; es muy difícil comprender la mecánica del juego y no hay al menos un tutorial que te explique cómo debes jugar; hay que estar picando botones a ver qué pasa. Pésimo, Steam no debería permitir que se comercialice como acceso anticipado un juego que ni siquiera puede ser jugado de manera básica

It could have been better had the developers include a menu to organize the tribe and construct stuff as well as to do research. As it is, it is very frustrating and primitive.

Grafikler fena değil ancak zum yok, yani bir noktaya kadar ve karakterleri seçmek oldukça güç. Benzer oyunlarda alan seçerek karakteri yakalamak mümkünken burada illa üzerine tıklayacağız. Oyun erken erişim ama "prematüre erişim" desek daha doğru olur. Henüz çok çok erken bence. Beğenmedim açıkçası, umuyorum geliştirmelerle daha eli yüzü düzgün ve keyifli hale gelir. Benim beklentim hikayedeki gibi homosapiens ilk çağ insanlarından oluşan bir topluluğu yönlendirmek, bir şekilde neandertallere karşı üstünlük sağlamaktı ancak ne iş bölümünü idare etmek mümkün ne de görevler, beklenti yaratacak aşamalar (level) vs yok oyunda. Dümdük tabiri caizse ve bilgisayar kendi oynuyor zaten. Açtım, bakındım ve kendi haline bırakarak başarımlar kazandım.
