This game had some good potential, and I had been excited for it for ages. I absolutely love medieval/renaissance themes, especially those pertaining to blacksmithing, so you can see why I'd be excited for a blacksmithing VR game. However, there are quite a few problems I have with the game now that I've played it. I play on Oculus, to which the controllers have sticks, and the movement does not take advantage of this at all. You are stuck to point-and-teleport, something that quickly becomes annoying whilst you're navigating your workshop. The workshop is too big to navigate in the relatively decent space I have (8 x 5 feet) so I am forced to use this teleport function. Oh, and there isn't any option to use either stick for turning. You are locked in place and have to rely on turning physically constantly, something that isn't intuitive when using a wired VR headset. Another problem is the way grabbing works. The hands feel a bit weird in-game, but it wasn't something I couldn't get used to. However, the real problem lies in picking things up. When you go to pick up objects at a distance, you are to point at them - and then press grab. But you have to release the point button first (the button that brings the object close to you in the first place) and if you don't, the sound effect for pulling it repeats until you either drop the object or grab it. Again, the difficulty with grabbing the object lies in the fact you have to stop pulling it towards you first - and you'll likely drop the object on the ground before you can grab it. NPCs tend to glitch out, running in place or acting aloof in various ways. Something I could deal with if the game wasn't already infuriating me by this point. Plus, the game is just grindy and the mechanics not very polished. If you've ever played Puzzle Forge 2 on your phone, then you could know how a blacksmith shop game could work good (though this may be a bad comparison since that game in particular is not VR) but I guess it is how it is. Overall, I'd like to love this game. But it is just too annoying to play. Hopefully they can polish this stuff up and update it later, and if they do, I'll rewrite my review. But for now, I can't recommend the game.

a bit confusing
Craft Keep VR - A solid job based crafting game in VR which I really enjoyed. I don't get the hate the game is getting, but I do understand the confusion in some levels. You get a request from someone coming up to your stand like "Ey guv'na! Me lookin' for a shank, ya got sum?". "Sure thing...guvner? Here you go" Police rocks up to the stand, "Oi! You got a license for that knoif mate?" All jokes aside, it really works similar to that. You get a request for a sword, you order the iron, the hilt and cross-guard, you smelt the iron, pour it into a mould, hammer it, assemble it and give it to the requester in a quick fashion and you get gold. Do this enough times in an area and you move on to another level. Some levels require you to buy things from a wandering merchant in order to combine with other piece of equipment you can actually craft and then you can complete the level. Getting all the achievements were straight forward, with 1 being very finicky (Let me take a selfie), so be warned, either you're lucky or you're not. Overall, really fun!
The idea behind thisd game is quite interesting. However, this is no job simulator in a medieval setting. It's quite buggy, quite rough around the edges and overall unpolished to the point that I decided to give up on it. 4/10
Don't recommend, whenever you're looking straight it will rapidly turn you and its really disorienting and annoying, waste of money

A good game but it is definitely meant for people with really open play space I have hit my walls and other parts of my area this game would really benefit with comfort turning and movement but it came out a while ago so I don't have much hope
Fun game that I enjoy gives a feeling like your really in the middle of the shop with all the customers coming up with thier demands. There is some glitches with tracking but they keep improving with each update.
The game was fun and new at the time i played it, 2018, but it id the only vr game that gave me a headache, so i had to refund. other than that it was fun
