Anti-vaxxer idiots will hate this. It's sad that someone might even stoop so low as to lie about game mechanics or what happened to them in the game to fit their political narrative in a review. I mean.... wow. As is the case for a different review for this game that's near the top. Anyway, this is a cute little game that probably deserves more attention than it has received. I was more engaged with it than I was expecting to be honestly. It seems well constructed and rather detailed for the price tag etc. It's funny about how easily so many anti-vaccine enthusiasts would be "offended" at this. Or again, even lie about game mechanics and stuff to align with their RFK Jr narrative.
Wish we could get an update to reflect the hellish nature of our current existence.
Got Covid IRL shortly after playing this, very realistic. 10/10 Wish there was a workshop for maps!
Realistic, chilling, funny at times, but a bit bare bones. There's not much of an incentive to interact with the simulation besides putting pro/anti vax posters up in the office. Also, you basically need to idle for a few hours to get the last few achievements.
Is a pretty decent simulator
Great game. If you don't like it then go back to DnD.
Game good, dev is good, but it definitely needs some additions to it. Personally i think the screen shake for placing tiles in the level editor is a bit much for me and the sfx could use a little bit of limiting but i respect the aesthetic the game is going for. For actual game additions, I would like to see more "stress" interactions, covid was/still is a stressful time and showing overworking and or burnout i feel like would be very interesting, i'd also like to see maybe an improvement to the worker a.i., it just feels a little stiff and i would like to see different interactions between your workers, such as the spread of misinformation/anti-vax propaganda.
This is fun and great stress relief. :) It's just like my own workplace, complete with shift specific outbreaks and weird clannishness of groups. An outstanding effort by a gifted novice. Thank you for putting so much thought into how infection works with group dynamics. Only thing I'd change is the speed control which is very difficult, at least with my trackball mouse. Hot keys would be an improvement.
only trust your respirator
I feel like this game was made for me and my workplace.
