Abandonware, company is making a different Corpse Party 2
Barely any content but what's weird is the dev has some weird poop kink, there's so many scenes of the main character sh*tting her pants and moaning while acting all embarrassed. It happens like 3-4 times in such a short time span. Just weird.
this game sucks and i wish they finished it
ZEUS ! PUBLISH THE OTHER CHAPTERS TO CORPSE PARTY 2: DEAD PATIENT AND MY LIFE IS YOURS
don’t piss me off
Abandoned by the devs and publishers, essentially a paid demo for a game that will never come out. tbh it should be delisted or made free
这故事很明显还没完结,当初在B站看别人玩完了,没想到直到现在还没能填坑,可惜。
4/10 Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient is the spin off of the Corpse Party franchise but is abandoned despite showing great promise. In Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient you play as Ayame who wakes up without her memories in an abandoned hospital and has to solve the mystery of her past and the creatures who lurk the rooms. It’s a RPG with a 3D Visual Novel element and horror themes. The game plays smoothly and is easy to pick up, even without Corpse Party knowledge. The story is interesting but it doesn’t reach its conclusion. The art style, music, and sounds are all great. I encountered no bugs while playing. It took me ~3 hours to complete this game, or at least what is currently available, with all achievements. No cards but it has Steam Point shop items! The biggest concern with this game is that it’s incomplete. It leaves off in a massive cliffhanger and there are currently no updates regarding the game continuing, rendering it abandoned. The game shows so much promise but is incomplete and extremely short with its current runtime. It doesn’t live up to the Corpse Party name because of it. The horror aspects also don’t hit as hard as a typical Corpse Party game and is overall not very memorable. There’s currently only a single chapter but the single chapter is great. If it ever gets picked up again, I’m sure it’ll be an awesome game. But at its current state, it lacks substance to be recommended. This is so sad considering everyone knows that the developers could’ve made this into another masterpiece. Pros

Great baseline story.
Written well.
The 3D aspect, although jarring, does differentiate it from other Corpse Party titles.
The artstyle is great.
The music and sounds evoke an eerie feeling.
No bugs encountered while playing.
Achievements are achievable.
Steam Point items!
Cons

Abandoned project.
No conclusion.
Only a single chapter.
Very short. Incomplete game that's been in development for ages. If you're hesitant, don't buy until developers explicitly state the game has been completed. The developers say the game is still in development, but the updates just say that. They're vague. Wait until the release of Corpse Party II: Darkness Distortion to see what they bring to this game, as the devs have stated they're being worked on simultaneously. But just to be sure, keep yourself informed before buying this game.
Could have been great, the start is good in the cringe horror genre (you have now Ayame the pooper to replace Yuka.. literally, she pooped herself at least two times within one chapter) and the “Dead Patient” concept is really interesting! but they only made one chapter and then never continued it for some reason since 2019 ??? (well I know they at least worked on Corpse Party 2021 remake but beside that...) The game's finishing with an empty cliffhanger at the end of Chapter 1 / the introduction, and that's it. Hello! Goodbye! but we're still gonna take your money though lol They gave up on Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient so hard that they announced Corpse Party II: Darkness Distortion some time ago. But that one was supposed to release in 2024-2025, and now it's 2026... So now they’ve basically abandoned both Corpse Party 2 : Corpse Party 2 (Arabic numerals) and Corpse Party II (Roman numerals)! What’s next, Corpse Party² or Corpse Party √4? Also, this has the worst PC key mapping out of all the Corpse Party games. X to interact, C to choose an object, S to use an item, Z to sprint and arrows keys to move… what is this madness ??? You can't fast skip cutscenes and dialogues you already played when redoing it (or it's another mad key maybe IDK) so it's a chore to play it multiples times. Also, the voice acting is now gone for most of the dialogues unlike previous games... The only good thing to say compared to Corpse Party Blood Drive is that the gameplay is funnier (well until you want to replay the game and can't skip anything) since the ennemies are dumber and you have more stamina you can just run fast some meters away or change rooms to lose them, and they don't hunt you down across the entire place until you hide far from their eyes. It was REALLY annoying. And it doesn't have stupid traps everywhere (well at least not in chapter 1 but since it's the entire game EEEEEEEEH).
