Combat Rush – смесь жанров «Shoot'em up» и «Snake». Вы управляете змейкой из солдат, которые бегают по вражеской базе и отстреливают противника, который в свою очередь тоже бегает по правилам змейки в хаотичном порядке. Несмотря на всю абсурдность идеи, игра получилась забавная. Именно что забавная и не более. Наверно не стоило передавать в эту игру столько правил от классической змейки, например при встрече со стеной логично что солдат погибает, хотя мне очень сложно представить как это выглядело бы в реальной жизни, но почему вся змейка умирает? Я собрал длинную очередь из 10 бойцов и случайно врезался в машину, погибли все. Это очень странно. Ещё более странно, что как я не крутился бойцами на одном месте они не смогли врезаться друг в друга, не буду скрывать, мне очень этого хотелось. В игре есть возможность разблокировать новых бойцов, покупать оружие и улучшения, укомплектовывать отряд и вызвать подмогу. Довольно неплохо для змейки. Рекомендую тем, кто не боится испорченных стандартов. Но всё же это игра не более чем на один вечер. It’s so bad it’s almost good! But before you uninstall it after 3 min (like I did) before reinstalling it just in case files were corrupted, (or before removing me as a friend because I am giving this game a thumbs-up), let me give you those few tips: 1. Controls are not broken. It’s just that you can’t turn 180 degrees in this game. For example, if you are jogging-up “North” in the ‘W’ key direction, you can’t turn around by pressing ‘S’ to run ‘South’ all of a sudden. It won’t work. You first have to turn 90 degrees, using either the ‘A’ or ‘D’ key, and then you can press ‘S’ to turn “South”; 2. Very annoyingly, if your lead character hits a wall, or even just brush it: It’s game-over and your units die. Don’t ask me why. I don’t get it either. But then it kinda grows on you and becomes a feature of the game you just have to recon with, turning a bad game into a challenging one in the process. Throughout the game-play, you will need to be very careful with your moves and anticipating your path, especially since you can’t turn 180 degrees to avoid a wall. You first need to turn 90 degrees then 180 degrees…So don’t trap yourself in a corner; 3. You don’t even need to shoot here as your ‘troops’ do it automatically…This is a bit of a bummer for a top-down shooter game (duh!). But giving them directions and setting-up the best course during live battles, will soon become challenging enough, I promise; 4. Regardless of how many soldiers you will have accumulated, all of them absurdly just follow your Leader in this ridiculous “choo-choo-train formation”. (I guess none of them went to West Point). But regardless, only the health of your leader matters: Have him killed (or just brushing a wall), and the entire group is done(!) Despite the above, the weirdest part is that all these bizarre parameters somehow contribute to create a challenging enough game. And, like I did myself, my bet is that many true gamers-at-heart will most likely let these oddities pass by, accept the challenge, and just get sucked into chasing the next levels and achievements. No highscores or leaderboard tho…And I hope the Devs fix that as I think it is a huge missed opportunity! This being said, I don’t think most of us can sink more than 1 or 2 hours (…or 5) in this game before losing interest (or our mental sanity). But at least, based on the above information, you can now make your own informed decision whether you want to give it a try or not. Personally I would say: Yes but....No “Rush”! ;p

Cannon Fodder meets Snake. Fun indie game

It's a nice mix of snake and cannon fodder! There are many different units for your party. Each stage has a boss. Cool game! Wall is your main enemy! :)

Отличная игра! Простой но затягивающий гемплей позволяет надолго забыть обо всем остальном

Игра это одно из переосмыслений змейки с некоторыми изменениями.Или же змейка про наемников. Суть та же - бежим и собираем части змеи - но это все что осталось от классики - с нового наша задача не отрастить хвост а убивать противников что подводит нас к тому что наша змейка отстреливается.По классике наша змейка гибнет от удара в стену -но не гибнет если пересечь свой хвост,но гибнет от того если супостаты повредят нашу полоску хп голове колонны.Так же нам доступны разные классы наемников (сегментов змейки) огнеметчик,снайпер,гренадер,боец с дробовиком и доступна авиаподдержка -медик,дрон,вертолет,авиаудар+ есть цвета на нашу змейку которые меняют характеристику наших бойцов. UPD обзора привезли хард мод,привезли еще 2 килстрики - тем кто прошел игру 1 раз есть неплохой стимул пройти еще раз.Так же поковыряли баланс подправив жизнь и урон некоторым килстрикам,врагам и оружию.Теперь фан рубилова еще больше. Так что вот такой он комбат раш -брать или нет думать вам.
