First, the game is super fun. until... the day ends with stuff in the fryer and you shop burns down the game is still a little buggy but what can you expect for a game that just came out. the game is super fun 8.5/10
So there I was. Standing in the fish and chip shop. Staring. Unblinking. The guy behind the counter looks me dead in the eyes and says, "It’ll not be long." Something inside me shifts. Something ancient. Primal. Eldritch. My mouth moves before my brain catches up. "It had better be wide." The fryer stops bubbling. The air goes still. Somewhere in the distance, a seagull screams. The man does not react. He does not move. He is processing. The words hang in the air like an unspoken prophecy, thick with the weight of their significance. A single bead of sweat rolls down my temple. The menu flickers. The lights dim. Behind the counter, the chef drops a fillet of cod and it lands on the floor with a wet, solemn slap. He does not pick it up. He simply stares. The man at the register finally blinks. He nods. Once. He turns and disappears into the back. Minutes pass. Hours. Days? I have lost track of time. I have grown a beard. The other customers have left. It is just me, the empty chairs, and the hum of the freezer. Then, at long last, he returns. He holds before him something incomprehensible. It is wide. Not long. Wide. A fish, flattened beyond all reason. An aquatic paradox. A creature that should not be, yet is. The laws of nature have been defied. Reality, bent to my will. He places it in front of me. No words are exchanged. I take a bite. I see everything. Kind regards, DJ PISS
World class voice acting, captivating singleplayer gameplay (i can't speak for the multiplayer since i don't have any friends), and fun art style. What more could you want? There a few small bugs, but i haven't encountered anything major. On a scale of 1 to Chippy, this game scores a 10!

Mi primera chamba que emocionante ; ! Sáquenme de aquí por favor ¡
Game would be fun if the fridge didn't bug out becoming inaccessible, there was time in between days to actually prepare the restaurant, you could move items around after purchasing, and if the controls were more intuitive. Theres potential here.
The gameplay is good, it's a bit ridiculous but in a funny way. I like the progression in the game, I've been playing it single player, and it's a great experience, but you definitely get limited by your own speed, the ability to hire AI to do cooking or serving etc would be cool for Singleplayer, but from what I've seen this game would be perfect to play with friends!
Responsive Devs, glad I can now play the game properly with my girlfriend
Cod Quest, truly the most influential game of the 21st century, and for good reason. You're working to manage the backstage of the most infamous Fish and Chip shop in the pursuit of saving the dish you know best. Masterfully you will prepare and batter Cod and Chips and delicately dice the onions to dazzle the customers with your onion rings. The game just gets better and better as you play it until. The invasion comes, you must face your fears and take the life of Fish and Chips into your own hands. 10/10. Powerful stuff.
Chippy makes a 38-0 loss better.
