It will have potential, but this is just bare bones. a few short 'missions' there is about 9545005 people that descend on your restaurant, first thing they do is clutter up your foyer even with seating you have to place a stupid amount in to begin with to meet demand. Dresses clip with the tables so it looks like people are eating their clothes, which is probably preferable to the starter menu you can choose. only 4 items on a menu? The Vegans will be out in force when their options are eggs, eggs, eggs and eggs oh and chocolate cake. Lighting is very poor, if your rooms are too big you end up placing floor lamps in awkward positions to light it up. As soon as customers enter the building they go straight to the toilet, which I have no issue with considering they have all been stood in the foyer for 3 weeks waiting to sit down at the empty tables. You are limited to one chef at the beginning but have to feed over 50 people which is fine until he gets stuck in the oven. Overall I will keep an eye on it. I would suggest the devs look at games such as restaurant empire for inspiration.
//27.08. Im out and refunds the title. The patch after a week added the main menu (wow, yes, this game didn't even have that). There are still the same critical bugs that are described by me or in other reviews. Now I gave up when after building and furnishing the whole restaurant I didn't just hit the green button from Q and the game didn't want to complete the task "build a restaurant" Cmon. I don't even write any feedback from this game. I suggested Devs turn on their game for 30 minutes. That's enough to see that it shouldn't come out. the current stage of the game is not even beta, it's alpha. // 25.08 They scam people with ads, posts on instagram and other media, and they let a junk that only comes on, because further interaction in the game is mothballs. I will suggest to read the rest of the negative reviews. // 17.08 Very disappointing at the moment. Totally disagree with the announcement. Early acces is currently like the beginning of the beta test, nothing more. I had a problem with getting through the Quest that the restuarants opened for you. Why? I didn't want to include the workers. Some bug that prevented them from showing them in "Completing the quest" but they are. I cant fire, cant hire new. 15min fight with it xDDDDDDD Currently I advise against. This game still has 2 years of development ahead, before you see what's on the trailer. I still have 1.5 hours to use before I refund the game before the deadline: 2 weeks When asked why am I so negative? I stop give a ♥♥♥♥ for devs what like releasing EA as unplayable something. I'm done with indulgence and enthusiasm for games that promise more than they have to offer
I rarely any refund game but I'm extremely disappointed in this game after waiting for it for such a long time and considering cost of the game($20). This just feels like early beta version. For example there is no main menu screen it directly starts the game but if you click on settings then it shows main menu which is not working. Not to mention that Help section is locked and I cant find where is my current money section. Lighting is extremely poor even after using HDRP. I will suggest developer to see how software inc handles everything because the way camera moves it just weird lighting room is just bad I dont want to add 100 lights before I can see what is inside my room and why my room is dark when there is sunlight outsideguys just see how software inc handle it. Another problem is that game force me to attach room and I literally cannot do anything about it. I really liked music and overall how city looked I will list out my problems with the game. Lighting is poor, even after they are using HDRP it is still bad. Camera control is just bad. The way camera rotates on scroll makes game hard to control About traffic system cars just disappear. Too many people enter in the shop. Need better UI layout. I cant find how much money I have. Tutorial/Mission system is just bad, It took me while to understand how to collect money from mission. I had to add 10-20 lamps before I can see anything in the room. Just use how software inc handle lighting part what you have currently is just bad. No main menu. When I click on exit button game crash. Remove something if it is locked, why are you showing something if it is locked. Even Help is locked I don't know what are the guests ? Grid based buildsystem is okay but because of poor lighting build items just look bad.
A game picking up interesting, rarely explored niche of economic simulation set in 1950's in USA. Really interesting start in early access, a functioning game with a bug here and there or non-responsive button or option in menu. Building is smooth, AI simulation is good, customers dont get stuck in loops or any usual problems with crowds in game. Needs loooots of polishing to get rid of small but irritating bugs and glitches (resizing rooms damaging their decor, clothes clipping with furniture, unlocks not unlocking technologies), but surely worth giving it a chance after an update or two.
the game is still in its early stages of early access. its getting a pretty big patch later this week so excited to see that. has potential to be a great game if devs follow road map
This has bugs, lacks instructions and hasn't been touched in 7 months. I bought this on a wiff because it was on sale for 2$ and regret even that. A lot of the things you see in the video don't even exist.
Абсолютно пустая игра. Там есть самый самый базис, в который становится скучно играть через пол часа
GAME IS DEAD This game had potential, but development got paused (news of that can be found in the Patch Notes v0.10 post) and never resumed. I think the developers of this game launched too early, if you don't have enough of a game right from Early Access unveiling, you'll get swamped with negative reviews, some developers promise to get to the moon when they don't have the skills to get there, some just give up when the early reviews kill off sales. You can only make a restaurant, the animations aren't complete but you have people sitting down for dinner, chefs cooking (no cooking animation), wait staff getting the dinners and putting them on the table, customers use the toilet (they go through the door) so you can get some good game time in. The 'A Spatula and a Dream' mission is bugged, it didn't count the ten guests that I fed so I can't proceed any further in the mission. What is in the game looks good, it didn't take long to get into the swing of things but because development got halted, game advancement is limited. Would have loved if they put the Cinema in, that would have been a really cool development to this game.
there are many issues you can not load the save game and it does not let you go back in the main menu there are many more issues when you try to load the game you cant i dont even no why they have released the game when its not even ready for the released on the launching the game its doesnt gose in the game menu but today is friday and still no patch
This games dead they haven't fixed anything with it or added stuff since the last time I played.
