Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
About

Raise a city from the ground up and transform it into the thriving metropolis only you can imagine. You've never experienced building on this scale. With deep simulation and a living economy, Cities: Skylines II delivers world-building without limits.
Lay the foundations for your city to begin. Create the roads, infrastructure, and systems that make life possible day to day. It's up to you – all of it.
How your city grows is your call too, but plan strategically. Every decision has an impact. Can you energize local industries while also using trade to boost the economy? What will make residential districts flourish without killing the buzz downtown? How will you meet the needs and desires of citizens while balancing the city's budget?
Your city never rests. Like any living, breathing world, it changes over time. Some changes will be slow and gradual, while others will be sudden and unexpected. So while seasons turn and night follows day, be ready to act when life doesn't go to plan.
The most realistic and detailed city builder ever, Cities: Skylines II pushes your creativity and problem-solving to another level. With beautifully rendered high-resolution graphics, it also inspires you to build the city of your dreams.

AI and intricate economics mean your choices ripple through the fabric of the city. Remember that as you strategize, problem-solve, and react to change, challenges, and opportunities.

Cities: Skylines II lets you create without compromise. Now you can build sky-high and sprawl across the map like never before. Why not? Your city is you.

Your decisions shape each citizen's life path, a chain of events that defines who they are. From love and loss to wealth and wellbeing, follow their life's ups and downs.

Pick a map to set the climate of your city. These are the natural forces you'll negotiate to expand your city amid rising pollution, changeable weather, and seasonal challenges.

Reviews
The game has improved in terms of graphics and some quality of life upgrades, however, modding is still better in CS1, though upgrades for the building services and etc are good to have. Bang for the buck when on sale.

Same day: best DE #27, worst RU #68 · 14 markets collected

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 40/day in the week to Sep 16 → 45/day in the week after.
Of the 5 markets with a position on both sides, 5 climbed and 0 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 32.86/day in the week to Sep 15 → 48.57/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Amazing game. I love city builders because of it.
This game is awesome despise its glitches and buggs. A lot of people are hating on this game and saying it is unplayable. Which can be true on a certain aspects. When I first played this game I fell in love but had to stop playing because my city was in the negative and wouldn't go up. I assumed it was a bug because it was so random and I was only adding small things when it happened. Here is my experience: When I first played this game I fell in love but had to stop playing because my city was in the negative and wouldn't go up. I assumed it was a bug because it was so random and I was only adding small things when it happened. When I played a second time, I also had a blast with the transport system especially the busses and subways. When I upgraded for boats and planes. No one would take the boat and planes, which I put a lot of effort into. When I played a third time there was a bug with the commercial buildings and I did not play long on that one. On the fourth game I had a bug with the Offices where there was no demands even though I had build my city around the fact that I wanted Offices. The last time I played, it was my biggest city yet. There were less bugs, I had learned from my previous playthrough and I loved all the things they added. (Not too long after they changed company). Like I said previously, they changed company last year, and ever since, the game got better and better. They added free additions to the game and new packs which I loved. Sure it is a bit expensive, but to me it was worth it. The transport system in this game is the best thing. I love making a reliable bus / train / metro system everytime. I love the way you can import and export ressources and choose what you would like your city to produce. The customisation for your city is also incredible. There is so much choice and you can even edit the building in the editor to customise the size the decorations/parking of your building. The only negatives things I have to say about this games are the bugs (which I mentionned earlier), the tourist system, and the public transport roads. The tourist system is broken and is bugged to a certain amount even with so many attractions(Had to use a mod to boost it) The public transport road are reserved to public transport but allows taxis, any city services and cars if they decided that it was the faster way to go there. So basically anyone. I love the concept, but it does not work at all. I whish you could limit what can go on the road. Anyway, I would defitivly recommend this game to anyone. This game is awesome and I give it a 8/10.
Fun City builder.
I love this game but it's so expensive I played the free trial and I loved it... I don't recommend it
O Jogo é bem completo, porém precisava ter mais funções administrativas como em versões anteriores.
.
I started playing Vanilla which was really fun. I played Vanille over 120 hours. Yes, not everything you want and need is possible but set my citys where fun to build and manage. Then I ran into more and more problems with Traffic and no matter what I did in vanilla, it did not help. So I installed mods with the ingame mod store. And now I can´t play without mod anymore (lol). So if you want to have a city where you just need a small amount of people not problem at all. But if you want a city with 300k+, well let´s just say vanilla won´t be enought. But either way I think this game is on a great way and hopefully the "interesting" traffic ai will get better in the future
