Hints no longer work. Jarg as hell. Does not explain some of the puzzle rules in a way that makes sense. Clunky movement. I think I got this as part of a sale or discounted for badges years ago but yeah don't waste your time.
Chunky UI, mobile feel and quirky charm
Chuck's Challenge 3D is a funky little puzzler game that kept me engaged throughout the entire runthrough. As opposed to the original Chip's Challenge, which looks more and more dated as time goes on, Chuck's Challenge breathes new life into the franchise with a fun art style and a very stand out playable character in the form of Woop, whom I consider one of my favorite mascot characters, with a simple but lovable design. The levels themselves are vibrant, and live up to its claim as a very challenging game. You start off with the tutorial world, but are quickly flung into many difficult worlds full of mindbending challenges, and for what it's worth I think they mostly succeeded in what they tried to do, and I feel proud in saying that I was able to beat all six main worlds on my own, only needing a hint for 2 or 3 levels. That's not to say the game is without problems, however. Most of the challenge in this context comes from one outlier: Tedium. A lot of the more difficult level sets don't come from its complex movement patterns or frame tight action, but rather a daunting and lengthy "point A to point B back to point A" gameplay that wears on your mind quickly. Later levels I often found to be very slow and monotonous to the point that the only real challenge is in its length. This is especially a problem if you're going for the "Feather" achievements, which require you to beat all the levels in a set without rewinding a move once, so one mistake will often force you to reset up to five to seven minutes worth of game time. It doesn't help either that the hint system is just... not there; whenever you click on the hint button in the pause menu 95% of the time you'll be told that a "hint is not available for this puzzle," even for end game levels where players would naturally want a push in the right direction. It comes off as an unfinished mechanic that was just left in after release. All the same, though, despite its few shortcomings Chuck's Challenge 3D proves to be a fun puzzle game that will keep your mind busy. And with the addition of DLC and a custom level editor you will have plenty to do in this game.

It's one of my best games THE BEST SOKOBAN GAME IN THE WORLD
Awesome game! It´s like a modern version of Chip's Challenge.
BlytzDragon Gaming Zone
Steam and Discord Group and Curator Great Game It's Sokoban, but with way more content, a bunch of level variety and a cute purple alien who can wear hats. Some of the levels have multiple solutions and includes a rewind feature to fix mistakes.
If you liked the original Chip's then you'll love this one. From the original creator!!
just waiting for the mobile version.
