Don't even try Nightmare Mode, I'm serious.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

has a amazing and ideas for the game and gameplay from a childrens cartoon as its main inspiration
Choo-Choo Charles, a very good open world game. Short, but re-playable and has a harder mode. I do not like the fact that nightmare mode doesn't have a save OF ANY KIND. I think instead of no saves at all it should be occasional, but that's just me. Good story, creepy visuals, good for an indie dev. 19.99 USD is a little too much for this game, but if it's on sale, buy it.
I got this game on sale for $4. I 100% the game in 5 hours. Worth it if you get it on sale.
THE GAME IS SO GOOD. CHARLES IS REALLY SCARY AND SPOOKY. I LIKED THE STORY. WOULD LOVE IF THE CREATOR MAKES A SEQUEL TO THIS LIKE A PART 2 OR SOMETHING :)
Choo-Choo Charles is not an amazing game, but it's a fun one, and sometimes that's enough. The concept is simple: you drive a train around an island while being hunted by a giant spider train. It's ridiculous, weird, and somehow it works much better than it should. The game doesn't try to be a massive open-world masterpiece or a deep horror experience. Instead, it focuses on a simple gameplay loop: explore, upgrade your train, complete missions, and prepare yourself for the next encounter with Charles. The progression is satisfying enough to keep you playing, and the game never overstays its welcome. What I liked the most is that it's a fast and fun experience. You can jump in, enjoy the absurd concept, have a few tense moments, and finish the adventure without spending dozens of hours grinding repetitive content. That said, don't expect anything revolutionary. The gameplay is fairly simple, the story is basic, and after a while you've pretty much seen everything the game has to offer.
I bought it at a 90% discount, the game is absolutely not worth its full price. I finished it in just 75 mins without even trying to speedrun. If you bought it on sale for $1 like i did, i think it’s a worthwhile way to spend an evening for a change of pace
