Better than Civ 2
The community banter and silly roleplay was the only charm back in the day, yet now the silence is deafening, leaving only the echoes of what was once a thriving medieval warzone.
I've played Chivalry: medieval Warfare since 2014. Something that is funny about that is that I actually purchased the game on Steam a couple years earlier. I wish I had really started playing and gotten into the game when I first purchased it, because I felt stupid when I finally jumped in and starting having the most fun I've probably every had in a POV fighting game. My fascination with this game started when I first saw that it was a fighting game that put you behind the eyes of a warrior wielding a two-handed sword, as well as many other medieval weapons. My excitement about that kind of game stemmed from when I first saw the Star Wars Trilogy arcade cabinet in a movie theater and saw the part where you play as Luke Skywalker fight Darth Vader in their light-saber battle in the Emperor's throne room. The first time I saw that, I said to myself, 'they've finally made the game I've wanted forever!' So, when I saw that Torn Banner had basically based an entire game around that premise, I loved it and haven't stopped loving it. The rest is history.
GLORY TO AGATHA KNIGHTS !!!!!!
totally ruined by the most sweaty humans imaginable
"heyyy there gamer, would be really sad if someone stopped supporting gameNr1 servers so you would go and buy gameNr2 which is the same game but now has women wielding zweihanders, cuz we so heckin valid, that'll be all piggie, give me my money and eat the slop now will ya" Unironically, game store does not list either single player tag or multi-player tag, basically, there is no game in this game lmao.
ok game
DO NOT BUY. the devs are charging money for a DEAD server game.
