!!DO NOT PLAY!!! Even with the x64 update that just dropped RCE is still a thing. These products need threat of removal from the Steam Store until Activision actually fixes these exploits. VALVE needs to force them to make these games safe.
Survival mode is one of the greatest additions to cod and one of the greatest gamemodes to grace gaming. Too bad its been left behind on this gem to never truely return. Atleast we can still play it too this day and enjoy it just as much as I did when i was a young buck. The campaign still holds up and is fun, same with the spec ops missions! DO NOT BUY AT THE FULL PRICE! WAIT FOR A SALE OR SAIL THE SEAS FOR IT!! DO NOT SUPPORT ACTIVISION BY PAYING FULL PRICE FOR A ALMOST 15 YEAR OLD GAME!

This and MW2 are among the more frustrating games to get running properly on modern hardware. I tried using DXVK, forcing the game to run in fullscreen windowed mode, and numerous other fixes, but ended up having to just put up with the stuttering and frame drops. There is no FOV slider, so you'll also have to download CoD SCZ FOV changer. The worst sin however, is that the multiplayer mode is broken and filled with hackers who use a P2P exploit to download viruses onto your computer. All it takes for your computer and personal information to be at risk is to simply join an online game with one of these hackers in the lobby. This game, and all older Call of Duty titles are all infected in this manner and it's highly recommended you download Alterware (Plutonium is not available for MW2) and use it to play multiplayer... which is all good and fine, but when you're still charging FULL PRICE for a 15 year old game, I expect it to be fully functional. Not only this, but Activision has not issued a warning regarding these exploits, meaning hundreds of users are unknowingly harming their computers due to corporate incompetence.

After all these years playing this game as 1 of my favorites yesterday they actually sneak in with an update that killed dedicate server usage making this game totally worthless . Now they put them all on sale lmao . I think Steam should remove all their games from the store and tell them to take a hike. Activision has basically grown worse every game since this one came out. Good bye CoD . Good bye Activision.
This game when I was in my prime and in my opinion outside of the original MWII this is the best Call of Duty game ever released and the new generation of Call of Duty Players do not understand the skill based that us Golden Age Players had to endure before there was a meta system.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 z 2011 roku to świetne zwieńczenie oryginalnej trylogii Modern Warfare. Kampania od początku do końca jedzie na pełnych obrotach – wielkie bitwy, efektowne akcje i dalszy ciąg historii Price’a, Soap’a i Makarova robią robotę. Multiplayer również dawał masę frajdy. Dynamiczne mapy, świetne strzelanie i charakterystyczny dla starszych Call of Duty szybki gameplay sprawiały, że można było spędzić przy nim setki godzin. Może nie przebił legendarnego Modern Warfare 2, ale nadal jest kawałem świetnego Call of Duty. Czasy, kiedy seria była dla mnie w absolutnej topce FPS-ów. Zdecydowanie polecam.
