While there are areas that could benefit from improvement, such as clearer instructions and inventory management, these aspects did not significantly detract from my overall enjoyment. I do love mining. The feeling when you take the pickaxe and start hitting the rock, no matter if the goal is to enrich my guild or to fill my own pocket is great. At least in games, IRL i am soft 40 years old IT guy who never touched mining equipment. Anyway, based on that, Cave Digger 2 should be a game tailored for me - as that is what you need to do. Mining. And a lot of it. Let's say that game is almost delivering what i need, almost scratching the itch. See, the mining here is...well, not really a mining. Most of the nodes are just lumps with different colors on the cave walls and floor. One hit (or even, one shot from your gun) and they are done. Then, i need to add the disappointing optimization of the game. Using a machine with specs way higher than the recommended ones, i was still getting lag each time when the game autosaved or loaded new locations. Another thing that i didn't liked much is the lack of purpose. Ok, you can open new mines and new regions, and upgrade your gear, but in the end of the day why i am doing this? I haven't managed to find an answer. So...yeah. I have mixed feelings about "Cave Digger 2" and i can't really recommend it. Haven't tried the multiplayer, perhaps it's better. Lepsza od wersji VR ale nie urywa tyłka biegaj od punktu a do punktu b i zbieraj złoże

Tiene un loop de juego muy sencillote pero eso no es realmente malo. Muchos de mis juegos favoritos son sencillos. Otro gran punto a su favor es que hacer una run de 3 pisos de la mina no lleva mucho tiempo así que si intentas echar una partidilla rápida entre tareas o mientras se acerca la hora de salir de casa para hacer cualquier cosa que tengas que hacer sirve para matar el aburrimiento. Algunos controles, en la versión no VR que es la que he podido jugar pues no tengo un headset VR ni nada por el estilo, son un poco clunky y quizá sea porque esté más pensado para la realidad virtual que para jugarse con teclado y ratón. Más allá de eso los gráficos están bien y la músca es buena. Mi unica pega es Clayton.... No se calla ni debajo del agua y sus consejos acaban repitiendose más que el ajo... PERO puedes desactivar el audio y hasta los subtitulos si así lo deseas así que ni tan mal!
