Castle: Never Judge a Book by its Cover

Касл: Никогда Не Суди о Книге по Обложке - средней руки детективный поиск скрытых предметов с закосом под всякие там CSI. Сделан по мотивам сериала Castle. [h1]Сюжет.[/h1] Игра поведает нам историю писателя Касла, прибившегося к детективной группе, расследующей злодеяния маньяка, совершающегося убийства людей из издательского бизнеса, с имитацией обстановки из известных романов. В последствии выяснится что маньяк имеет отношение и к нашему герою. Интрига есть, но сюжет довольно слабенький. [h1]Геймплей.[/h1] Решаем головоломки, копаемся в горах барахла, выискивая там предметы, иногда заходим в лабораторию, и делаем там анализы вещь.доков. В целом все средненько. [h1]Графика и звуки.[/h1] Картинка несколько напоминает закос под игры серии CSI. Музыка обычная, не запоминающаяся. [h1]Как итог.[/h1] Средней руки детектив, с вкраплениями отрывков из классических книг. Только добралась до игрушки, прохожу с удовольствием. Современные графика и музыка; многочисленные переговоры-диалоги не напрягают, ибо легко пропускаются, подтягивается знание английского языка =); отличная интерактивная карта; хорошие добротные головоломки. Над одной - во второй части - типа: "ремонт компьютера", посидела прямо с удовольствием.

Nice hidden-object/puzzle game related to the TV series. + Quite interesting and mysterious detective story. + Atmospheric sounds. + Dozens of scenes to visit. + Good variety of puzzles - I really liked the ones in the lab, although they could be quite more intriguing - and a lot of h/o scenes. +/- Some inside jokes, though I didn't quite catch them, since I haven't seen the series, but they could be a nice addition to whoever has watched it already. - No voice-overs, poor animation. - The way you acquire some items is kind of weird and idiotic. For example, who would take (or steal to be exact) items from a hospital in order to use them in places they haven't even visited yet? - Quite short - it took me about 4 hours to finish. I think that, if you find it in a discount, it's a good game to try if you like h/o games and even more if you have seen the series in the past.

Je ne connais ni la série et c'était mon premier de la collection alors difficile de comparer. Quoi qu'il en soit : Enquête qui se découpe en 5 chapitres afin de démasquer le meurtrier aux classiques (il s'appuie sur des oeuvres littéraires pour ses mises en scène) Durabilité : 4h - 4h30 de jeu SOC : lisibles / faciles Puzzles : hardus pour la plupart Bug coquilles : quelques traductions douteuses mais ça passe Les + Le panneau d'enquête et les interrogatoires permettent de s'imprégner de l'ambiance Les - Globalement linéaire Dialogues et intrigues assez plats Absence de succès / cartes De bonnes choses mais pas assez bien dosé et creusé à mon goût. A ne pas adopter plein tarif selon moi.

Bought during the sale and I am glad I did. As a big fan of the show, this kept me entertained (and frustrated in a few spots) for many hours. The story was engaging and I liked the style. The only things that bothered me are that, like a lot of seek and find type games, it can get a bit repetative and some of the puzzles were mind-numbingly hard. Otherwise a fun game and worth buying if you like the game style.

Nonsensical, even by HOPA standards. When you're trapped and battling enchantments it kinda makes sense that you're scrabbling to find coins and bits of wire in order to jury-rig a solution to a problem, but a millionaire, with the full resources of a police department, in New York? Add to that problems with pacing, such as identifying a critical location then having to visit every other location in order to jump through hoops to retrieve something you could just buy cheaply: it never really engages. The puzzles are ok, if poorly explained, but often rely too much on either rote recall or backtracking from the end, with no tools in place to help you, and some are fairly unresponsive or outright glitchy. So all-in-all a bit dull, really.
