Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.63/day in the week to Aug 3 → 21.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Cast n Chill's a laid-back fishin’ game for folks who’d rather wet a line than break a sweat. Whether yer driftin’ on a lazy lake, pokin’ 'round a winding river, or droppin’ lines in salty blue water, this here’s a game where you set the pace.
Start with the basics, catch whatever bites, sell your haul, and put those coins toward better rods, reels, and upgrades. Before ya know it, you’ll be wranglin’ rare species that’d make any angler green with envy.

Find yer favourite fishin’ hole or keep wanderin’. There’s 16 peaceful spots to discover, each with its own critters swimmin’ 'round, just waitin’ to bite.

In Active Mode, you’re in the thick of it - castin’, reelin’, and keepin’ busy like a loon at nesting time.
Switch to Passive Mode if you’d rather let the game do the work while you’re off choppin’ wood.
Set it up on a second monitor or tuck it in the corner - come back later and see what kind o’ haul the fish gods left ya.
There’s 50+ fish to discover - some you’ll recognize, some you’ll squint at and go “what in the heck is that?” From scrappy little sunfish to big ol’ deepwater beasts, they’re all in the logbook waitin’ for your name.

There’s 16 fish out there that still get folks jabberin’ at ol' Rusty's bait shop like they saw Bigfoot ride a moose. Land one, and you'll be part o' the legend.
Grab your rod and call a buddy, Cast 'n Chill now has co-op! Whether you’re lookin’ to kick back and fish side-by-side or stir up a bit of friendly competition, it’s all better with company.

Nothin’ beats a day on the lake with a four-legged friend. They might not know a spinnerbait from a spoon, but they’ll help you spot a fish - if only 'cause they’re hopin’ for a bite themselves.

Roll up your sleeves and bring a worn down lakeside shack back to life, then kick back and enjoy the quiet while fishin’ off your own dock. Stock your pond, mount replicas of your best catches, and settle in while your trusty companion curls up by the fire.

can fish
This game is cool. This game is awesome. I used to play Hearthstone while I eat dinner before playing other games, this is my go-to now. The pixel art backgrounds are absolutely amazing. The sound ambience is relaxing as it's just outdoor lake/fish/pond/waterfall/waterfowl/you name it sounds. The bait system is fun and intuitive once you learn it. You still need to use all of your baits so none go to waste, which feels good and meaningful. You still have to pay attention to sizes on both the bait and the rod which is fun when you find a fish you are trying to catch. All of the upgrades for the rods/bait/boats, etc... do not feel out of reach at all. You can get them by just playing a little which is very nice to see something not locked behind a huge grind. There are tons of spots to fish too which is nifty. I haven't gotten to far in to unlock the new cabin yet, etc.. but I'm looking forward to it. That seems a cool mini-game inside the game itself. As far as I know, right now, the time of day doesn't impact how the fish bite, although that would be a cool feature to add. Same with the boat; it doesn't seem to scare them away if you are in a big boat on a small lake; which is fine so you can still use your reward you worked hard for, but it would be another interesting layer to add; but I haven't played enough to confirm if that's the case! Right now, it just seems it's tied to the rod size and bait type/size; which is still perfectly fine and still adds depth to the game. There are tons of different kinds of fish too, which is fun to see. Lastly, you get to customize the boats you get with a few different colors, and the avatar customization is very fun too; tons of different hats and vests, etc.. The best part is your dog you get. I was able to make Riley, my wife and I's dog we lost about a year ago, to fish with me in game. Just a nice little final polishing touch to a very wonderful and fun game to play. I, a lot of the time, find myself far done with dinner, STILL playing trying to catch that next fish!

I bought the game thinking it was just a calm fun little quick game, but this game is awesome, it's fun, relaxing, intense at times, and overall a very worthwhile purchase. I really enjoy this game.
Absolute GEM. Works great on steam deck.

风景好看,有自动钓鱼模式赚钱,作为休闲游戏总体还是很好
It good.
Fun game, but I don't find it very chill. The choice of design to have fish just swim farther and farther away from you when you are actively reeling them in is quite aggravating. One second you have the fish 3 feet under your boat, you continue reeling it in, and somehow it swims a mile away. Not sure how realistic that is, given I'm not letting any line out. Still, fun to play. Nice music and scenery. Not very chill
