Solve logic puzzles and crack multiple cases in a cosy noir London using reason, not guesswork. Murders have taken place, witness statements conflict and the alibis don't add up. Everyone has a motive, and only clear logic reveals the truth.

About
Every case is a closed logic puzzle with a single, provable answer. Gather suspect information, uncover environmental clues, and sort through conflicting accounts. If you love the classic Einstein's Riddle, you'll find the same satisfaction here - a series of cases solved through logic, not luck.
The famous 'Big Smoke' doesn't slow down, and neither does the work. You'll tackle three distinct story cases spread across the iconic city, from a concert gone wrong to a rather famous clock tower. They climb in difficulty as you go, each asking for sharper, longer chains of deduction than the last. Prove your calibre and outthink everything the city can throw at you.
A brighter take on a 1960s-style mystery, blending classic noir charm with hand-drawn 2D scenes and a gentle jazz-inspired soundtrack. Soft rain, quiet moments and subtle shadows set the mood. Settle into this cozy brain teaser and solve each case at your own pace.
Hidden codes are scattered throughout the world, with a few tucked away on this store page and beyond the game itself. Crack them to unlock optional secret cases for solvers who want more to get lost in. The full release will feature dozens of cases across a range of difficulties, with tougher puzzles waiting for anyone after a real test.

Reviews
Pure logic, zero luck cozy rainy London with a jazz soundtrack. Solved one case, stayed for them all. Absolutely lovely.
Having played many, many, many, detective games and it being one of my favorite genres of game to play.... this was not the game for me. I flew through the main story (minus the bonus puzzles - of which I did 3) in about an hour and 20 minutes, if that. This is more of a quick, phone game, type puzzle player instead of an actual detective game. So if you're looking for something like The Golden Idol or Obra Dinn... This is NOT, I REPEAT NOT, for you. There really is no meat to this game at all. There's no real detective work, just deduction based solving off of the hints they give you and that's it. And the items you need to "find" are out in the open so they really didn't even need to add "finding the clues" to this game. I really never give a bad review to games but this one really didn't hit any mark to make me want to recommend it to anyone at all. 2/10 and that's only because I did finish the game and there were cats.

I read another review mentioning the 3rd case had bugs with the dialogue. I didn't read the dialogue nor play with sound, so that's not my issue. However, there's too much time wasted clicking on rather easy "hidden object" mechanics and talking to each NPC. It really doesn't add much to the gameplay and I felt that it was just a waste of time. Additionally, I also faced the issue of there being bugged clues in the 3rd case, where clues were linked to other clues in the same category, which is impossible. How can a game be launched with this kind of glaring issue that would have been immediately obvious in a single playtest? As much as I enjoy Einstein's riddles, you have to at least develop the game properly. I could just find an online website and solve the same types of riddles there for free. This game doesn't really add much that can really justify the price to be worth paying for.
the london files isn't a perfect game, but it stratched that logic puzzle desire deep within me alongside some fun retellings of of a murder mystery, and a few quips from a stereotypically-british detective. it's definitely a shorter game -- i finished the main storyline in ~2 hours and then the classified cases in another 5, but i do feel like i'm satisified to leave off after finishing all the content. there were a few bugs with the game on launch, but those were fixed quickly enough by the devs. i thought the logic puzzles were well designed, and honestly might've preferred if the entire game had been like the classified cases section, just wiith more overall. the actual cases, with the slow moving comics and hidden objects, didn't appeal to me nearly as much. it's a fun game if you go in knowing what to expect, as you're getting exactly what it says on the tin.
The game is billed as being "all about logic" and one in which "every answer comes from logic alone". This is not an accurate description of the game, where the logic elements are kept behind a hidden-object game. The art is pretty, the theme seems okay, but it is categorically not the logic game I was promised in the description when I purchased.
I agree with others. Too short for the price; the unlocked bonus puzzles lack the polish/story of the main puzzles and most of them need to be unlocked by finding codes outside of the main game. Production seems lazy and unfinished; silly errors like a gamebreaking puzzle bug and voicelines (if you can call them that) that trigger for the wrong character.
Great logic puzzle game! It's main gameplay is based on Einstein’s riddle-style puzzles. The answers can be achieved purely from logic, with no need for guessing. The atmosphere is great, the art is very cool and specially the music is very relaxing and chill, great for a game like this. Loved it!
Нет. Унылая поделка. Собирание улик и раскрытие дела на доске не взаимосвязаны.
I love Einstein's Riddle! With a a nice theme, it's a win win! My only complain is that sometimes, you can tell a answer "by the narrative" only. The musician is doing something that is related to music, the actress is doing something related to her job and etc. I think it should be entirly logic solving and do not have this kind of "hint" from the narrative.
