About

I had a blast creating this little game. It's a short experience, and I hope the secrets and little surprises I hid in it will stay with you for a long time!
- Bastinus Rex

You are the Carimara. Small, mute, sorcerous. Born of moss and mirrorlight, skilled only in the art of asking. Wandering a house stitched from grief and riddles; you don't speak, you don’t chant, you don’t fight. You hold the house by its dead hands and conjure questions from dust, from bone, from whatever’s left behind. Be careful not to press too far, or wake you might, what's sealed afar.
You speak through cards with glyphs long lost, in halls where kindness hides its cost.
Some smile, some sneer, some simply stare, but all who watch know you are there.

Within these walls, let silence guide, where cards bloom from what things once hide.
Ask gently now, with ghostly touch. Some secrets crack when pressed too much.

Candlelight flickers on furniture worn, in rooms where silence was weathered and torn.
It waits in the gloom with a breath held tight, a hush that has lingered far past the night.

No blades to swing, no foes to fight. Just riddles wrapped in candlelight.
For those who seek what lies askew, where stories murmur back to you.

CARIMARA has excellent atmosphere and very nice low-poly visuals with good art direction to boot. It's a short and pretty sweet little mystery game that has more to offer than what meets the eye.
A short atmospheric horor game about a mute criminal who communicates through cards. A quick play but a unique experience dripping with care and effort. It's a solid game worth adventuring into.
It's a good game. Not a great game, not the game of the century, but it has a lot of charm, and I enjoyed my time with it. It is VERY short though. 45 min, one hour top to finish it. The game is cheap, so it's not that much of a problem, but it feels too short, I expected a bit more and was a bit disappointed it was already over. But really, that's the only downside. What's interesting is that there are secrets/hidden content that might have taken as much work for the dev as the rest of the game. That's peculiar. Highly recommended to check an achievement guide so you don't miss out this stuff : it adds almost 30 min of gameplay. Hope the dev will have more time and more money for another game with more content. I'd happily pay double the price to have a longer game.
extremamente bizarro e desconfortavel do jeitinho que eu gosto
A very fast-paced game with remarkable depth. It becomes incredibly engaging once you scratch beneath the surface and explore what it has to offer.
Great lil spooky fairytale.
fantastic game beautiful graphics and story i was immersed the whole way through
Amazing The regular ending made me cry, the secret ending made me scream
Una cortita historia que parece terror, pero esconde un mensaje precioso.
It was a bit short, but I overall loved this game! I really liked everyone's facial expressions and all the lil secrets placed about. I'd love to see more from this game's setting/universe.
