Pretty good. I played a couple of matches against an AI opponent and had a great time. The UI complements the art style of the game really well and is intuitive to use. When assembling your picture, objectives are scored on the fly. Moving around and replacing different parts of the picture is easy and fun to play with. If you’ve ever played the original board game, you’ll find that the experience has been transferred perfectly, with a lot of care and attention to detail. For those not familiar with the board game version, if you're looking for a cozy and fun experience, give it a try.
A great board game and a great adaptation. I love the screen where you assemble your painting and choose the order of cards. It’s very intuitive and satisfying to use. I could spend an entire day just moving cards around and experimenting with compositions. :) I really hope the expansions are added in the future!
I found the digital version of this game first, but I am interested in adding the actual board game to my collection. I am hoping to see the physical expansions in the digital version in the future. It was easy to follow the tutorial, and I have enjoyed competing against famous artists to earn ribbons, but I have not tried the online matchmaking feature. I find the game to be cozy and relaxing.
I’m very glad that my favorite board game has been released in Korean. However, many sections of the Korean text on the cards are not rendering correctly, making the content difficult to understand. Could you please look into this issue?
This game is excellent. I haven't played the physical game at all, so had to learn solely from the tutorial and trying it out. It's been really good, and I'm getting into the strategy and planning now. It runs perfectly on the Steam Deck.
ADDICTIVE JUST LIKE THE BOARD GAME IRL! Minus the clean up and needing to sleeve all the stuff. This one does all the math for you and is quite seamless. The only thing I would want in addition to this game is the other 2 expansions then this would be the perfect board game on steam!! Among the many others!
This is a fateful representation of a physical board game. Computer players are decent although they undervalue Inspiration tokens. When playing solo, I highly recommend playing against 4 or 5 computer players because you get a bigger variety of cards and computer players are quick so there is not much downtime. It would be great if a screen with opponent details would show Score cards because seeing that player has 15 points from 1 Red Ribbon and 3 Green Ribbons doesn’t tell you enough. When you look at the score cards you see that 1 Red Ribbon (Variety Score card) scores 4 points and 3 Green Ribbons (Repetition Score card) score 11 points.
I played the board game, which was very fun and pretty, but a bit tense experience. This virtual adaptation is much more relaxed, and keeps the great parts of the original, the pretty art and the challenge of finding the right combination. It plays really smoothly and the bots are challenging enough that it doesn't get boring fast.
This game is relaxing and thinky at the same time. Developers managed to translate the feeling of the board game really well. I would like to see some difficulty levels for AI opponents as they can be really tough. The game is in Early Access so I hope that will be coming soon.
