Ja gut, hab nicht viel vom Spiel gesehen. Man läuft eine Straße entlang um am Ende in einen Ladebildschirm geworfen zu werden nach dem dann das Spiel abstürzt. Einfach Genial :D

Not worth it. I picked this up at 49 cents (90% off) and I still feel overcharged. Basically it's the standard steam indie horror experience. Wander around, pick up keys and items, find things to use them on, proceed through environment, avoid big creepy monster. But this is very the many flaws start to set in. For starters, you have a very unforgiving stamina meter. This combined with fact that Candlehead is faster than you means that whenever you get spotted, unless you're close to a map edge, you will be caught. Thankfully it's pretty forgiving, you're just transported back to the start of the main town whenever you die, but you still have all your items. The next big sin is the fact it just isn't scary. It's a combination of lack of atmosphere, and the fact that the monster is frankly, pretty silly. And combined with that you've got a sprawling main area that is hard to navigate, made worse by the fact you move so slow and can only sprint for about 3 seconds in a row. Navigating around is mostly obvious, but if you miss something there is no direction to guide you. I had to look up a guide as I couldn't figure out what the ladder was for. And it was again, a very easily missed thing in a big sprawling environment. Overall, just avoid, there are better horror games out there.

The game commits the worst crime a horror game can commit: being boring. Not only that but the rain noises are way too loud and you can't turn it down separately from other noises. The candle monster is cool to see, and it's awesome and kinda creepy how you can see it patrolling from a distance (it's got a candle on its head, pretty easy to spot). HOWEVER, it's also the reason the game is so boring. It can only detect you if you get close to it and it's incredibly slow until it gets in a chase with you. Then it's impossible to escape. You're slower than the monster and you have no tools to help you get away from it. TLDR: You can find better horror games on Steam for free. This one is boring so just be informed of that.
