Cam Op Simulator

Even as a WIP this simulator shows massive benefits to the camera operator community and allowing anyone with the right hardware to practice flying a camera drone, russian arm and crane all while also having someone operator the wheels where normally this would be impossible to practice anytime you want.

UPDATE 2: With additional updates now released, more scenarios and more scenes that better help imitate shooting scenarios I think the developer has done an encouraging job of improving the app and making it a useful operator training tool. Regular, meaningful updates much appreciated and it's now something I feel provides some real benefits for those training on the wheels. Good job and looking forward to future improvements. UPDATE: My review still stands, in particular it being expensive for what you get - however the addition of adjustable focal lengths is a significant addition that adds longevity to the simulator and increases the variety of skills that can be practised. I will continue updating this review as the simulator continues to improve. -- I unfortunately cannot recommend this at this price for anyone right now. The basics of a cam op simulator are there and it has potential, but the amount of content available is incredibly limited and there simply isn't variety or enough parameters to play with to make it anything more than an extremely basic simulator. This would be ok at a lower price point, but at £33.50 it is incredibly steep. Wait for more content. Needs to be substantially increased. Also, there is an annoying bug where sometimes after completing one of the trials the simulator just freezes on the Retry/Home screen and you have to restart the app. This has happened 3 times in less than 30 mins.

This game is pretty great, Worth it alone just for the Infinity laser. Love the added effect of the burning beam and the popping balloons. I wish that particular one had a stopwatch function so you could compete with friends. The pursuit vehicle scene is bonkers! i wish I had 2 other friends so we could really take advantage of the controls, totally unexpectedly over engineered! I hope the community supports this product so that the developer may continue to add scenarios or allow ways to vary the current ones. Worth the price to help hone your skills on wheels, which can be difficult to do in the real world.

nice tool to get more routine with my inertia wheels, but its way to expensive for only a few levels/scenarios.

great way to practice wheels

Has the potential to be a really useful tool for learning to operate a geared head, but currently it's just a collection of half finished ideas, and it hasn't been updated in months. It could be great, but I can't recommend it as it stands. Shame.

the game is good, but too expensive. it should be 15 - 20 euros max, 38 euros is too much.
