I finally got around to playing the campaign, and I'm honestly glad I did. Call of Duty: WWII delivers one of the most enjoyable single-player experiences in the series. The story keeps you invested from Normandy all the way to the final mission, and the bond between the squad members makes the campaign feel much more personal than I expected. The mission variety is great, the pacing never drags, and the sound design combined with the soundtrack creates an incredible WWII atmosphere. Even years after release, the graphics still look solid. It's not the longest campaign, but every mission feels polished and memorable. If you're looking for a cinematic World War II shooter with satisfying gunplay and a story worth finishing, this is absolutely worth playing. Recommended.
If you follow the COD timeline this will be the 5th cod game set in WW2, this is the most cinematic COD so far. still great to play in 2026. visuals are very good, weapons feel great. (based on the singleplayer on easy mode)
