This otome is way deeper than I thought. After playing for several hours and going through all the good and bad endings, you start to see that Yuriko is the embodiment of both her father and mother. Their desires... are the same as hers. Especially once you learn about her father’s obsession, you realize Yuriko is basically doing the same thing to the male leads pushing them, manipulating them, trying to make them obsess over her just to get a reaction. At first, you think she’s just a timid, naive “tomboy” type. But no, there’s so much more to her. Some of her dialogue really shows she has that dark, even sadistic side, it’s subtle, but it’s there. Now, about the art I’m pretty sure the clothes Shiba wears are the same ones Muzuhito wears in his good ending, just without the scarf. I feel like some of the sprites have been slightly redone too. But I really hate that in Majima’s route, they cut out 21 minutes of what should’ve been their H scene. It wasn’t even there, not even in his final chapter. Those hot scenes and the dialogue that comes with them are important they add emotional depth, intensity, and help show the connection between the characters. Majima’s route feels robbed. At least in other routes, even if they don’t show much, there are subtle lines or hints that they did something. But in Majima’s? Literally nothing. They didn’t even show the post scene moment like them in the same bed under a blanket like they did in the other routes. And I feel like the reason is because he’s her [spoiler] real brother [/spoiler]. That’s why they went all in with the incest route in Muzuhito’s path because he’s just a [spoiler] distant relative [/spoiler], basically almost a [spoiler] stranger [/spoiler]. I honestly thought the bad endings might go for the "sin route" but nope, still nothing. They could’ve at least shown a CG of them in the same bed or something. I wanted to replay Majima’s route, but it just feels like it’s lacking. Sure, it has more kissing scenes than the others, which I appreciate but still. I agree with others who’ve said this: if they released a DLC with the missing content, I’d definitely buy it. Go buy this on sale. [h2] ～バッドエンドが秀逸な作品です～ [/h2] ※全ルートクリアした感想です※ [b] 兎に角、この一言に尽きます。[/b] 幸せな終わり方もありますが、ゲームタイトル名にもある通り、少し毒気を帯びた終わり方に惹かれてしまいますね。 物語の舞台は大正。 時代考証等は歴史に疎いので精密さは測りかねますが、作品全体に漂う当時の時代感が良いですね。 と、いいながらも、テキスト自体は堅苦しさもそこまでなく、読みやすいので物語にずいずい引き込まれていきます。 最初キャラグラについてはちょっとイマイチかな…？と思ったりしたのですが 実際に読み進めていくと、とても繊細かつ丁寧に描かれていることに気付きます。 具体的には、立ち絵の表情がアニメ寄りなオーバーな表情変化ではないところとか。 各登場人物の苦笑、憎悪に満ちた表情etc...ゾクゾクしてしまうものがありました。 ジャンルとしては乙女ゲー、でありますが…物語としては男性としても楽しめるかと思います。 あ、地味に（失礼ですが）音楽も作品に合っていて良かったです！ 個人的にこれまで触れてきたノベルゲーの1,2を争うほどの作品でした。 もっと、この作品の世界に浸っていたい… あのキャラは当時、どんな気持ちで主人公に接していたのだろう？ あの結末のあと、2人はどのように過ごしていくのだろう 妄想が止まらないですね。本当に良い作品に巡り会えました。 なぜか日本語レビューが少なめですが、このレビューで一人でも本作に触れることがあれば幸いです。
