Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

oK, So the driving is cool. once you get the hang of it is cool, in respect to driving and routes and such. I find selling tickets interrupts my pleasant activity for one that I dislike. I cannot avoid selling tickets at least not at this level but it is unpleasant to do something I dislike and so I am unwilling to continue. It is a nice game, too bad it is so unpleasant for me to play.
GAME CRASHED
For wheel it is super duper
Great game until it starts lagging more and more as I progress in the campaign mode. I don't know if, maybe, it's just not quite as compatible with newer versions of Windows (I'm on Windows 11)... I'm not an expert, so couldn't tell you the exact root cause. That's the TL;DR. I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but I feel inclined to leave a review this time because I really wanted this game to be good after having it in my Wishlist since its release. Since this game is so old and we are now going onto the second Bus Simulator game since Bus Sim 18 came out, I do not expect Bus Sim 18 to be updated--I'd actually be surprised if an update was added for Bus Sim 18. However if whatever causing the lag is fixed someday, then I would recommend this game; for now it's 50-50 chance, but I'm gonna be forced to click "No" due to the way Steam works. I have not played multiplayer at all, only the single player mode. I also didn't buy the game until the last couple months, and I therefore don't have the context of personally playing this game years ago on older hardware I used to use. I also bought the expansion pack right away. I bought any remaining DLC within a few days of my initial purchase because my first impressions of playing the game were so high. My device's hardware far out-weighs the minimum and recommended system specs; it can run other much-more intensive games just fine with minimal to no lag, even if it's a title that was released on PC over a decade ago. In terms of hardware, there is no reason apparent to me as to why this game would lag to this extent (skipping frames nearly each and every second, often making the game almost unplayable and certainly not very fun when it lags) aside from either bugs that have been in the game forever (I can't confirm this) or whatever possible compatibility issues the game may have with newer software and/or hardware (I also can't confirm this at this time). And this lag hasn't been happening the entire time I've been playing; the lag only became very noticeable toward the end of the base game's campaign mode. The lagging was most noticeable in the final mission of the base game, where it was constantly stuttering when driving and even stuttering even when something as simple as other characters enter or leave my bus. I started a new sandbox-mode Company to test my theory, that maybe it's something to do with my progression in campaign mode, and... Surprise, no lag whatsoever in a fresh Company in sandbox mode. So I started a second fresh Company in campaign mode, skipped the tutorial, and drove around in the first official mission following the tutorial... Also no lag. In my original, progressed Company that was on the final mission, I tried reducing the number of bus drivers and buses actively traveling routes, didn't do much good if any good at all. I tried driving different routes short and long, and that testing didn't seem to conclusively indicate whether shorter or longer routes had less lag; it was hit or miss in my experience. I even tried removing a few routes completely and reducing all routes to one bus and one driver, and that also didn't help. Tonight, I managed to get through the final mission in spite of the lag which was slightly less noticeable this time, but even after completing the mission, the progressed Company was still lagging while driving, loading passengers, etc. At least I can still drive around the expanded map area in the expansion DLC or even do stops in that area if I use Sandbox mode, but had I known before hand that the game was gonna start to noticeably lag in the last couple missions, I probably wouldn't have bothered with the map expansion DLC. I bought it on discount (as well as all the DLC and the base game), so not a big loss, but as someone who loves simulation games, it's unfortunate and a little sad I likely won't personally be able to experience the entire story/campaign mode of the game. If I find out more details as to why the game lags so much in the final stages of the base game's campaign mode, I'll plan to try to come back and either edit this review or add a reply--or something (I don't know how exactly Steam reviews work). One last thing. The game has its minor bugs that aren't immediately apparent until you see them. These bugs aren't particularly game-breaking, they frankly don't even bother me much if at all, but upon watching a half a dozen videos of play-throughs of City Bus Simulator 2010 NY, I couldn't help but notice that at least one or two of these very insignificant bugs were also present back then in CBS2010NY even though that's a much, much, much older game with arguably different context. Sorry I can't describe these subtle bugs in detail and with words; I'd probably have to stumble upon them again and screen capture it to demonstrate the bugs.
not bad, but euro truck 2 is still in my heart, 6/10
Игра хорошая но настройка управления отвратительная
