[h3] TLDR: Fun bright collector game with a deceptively emotional story. [/h3] I have been wanting to play this game for a long time but never got around to it, until recently when a friend gifted it to me. Mostly because my mood wasn't great at the time, and they thought a fun and cheery game would be good for me, and boy am I glad for it. Pros are pretty much the entire game. The visuals are bright and fun and it looks great with it's distinctive silly art style. I loved all the models of the Bugsnax and exploring the pretty island. I went through the effort of collecting every one of them because I always wanted to see the next cute variant. The characters are well voice acted and likeable, and hearing their stories and confronting their woes was interesting. The main story was good and kept me interested, and I never expected how deep it would end up getting. All in all, I absolutely love everything as presented. About the only con is that gameplay can be a bit repetitive with catching Bugsnax all the way through, but it's never really a big issue and I enjoyed playing it all the way through with a few minor frustrations. All in all in summary I highly recommend it, get this game! I loved it, and I suspect if you like the look of it... you will too.

Ta gra jest po prostu PRZESŁODKA!!! Bugsnaxy są urocze, postacie bardzo przyjazne oraz wspaniały pomysł z ich zróżnicowaniem a mimo wszystko się przyjaźnią. Cały świat aż się prosi aby go odkrywać i spotykać więcej tych małych stworzonek. Fabuła tej gry jest bardzo oryginalna i ciekawa. Każda chwila w tej grze i dawała mi dużo radości i zabawy. Serdecznie polecam !! <3
When I first saw the trailer for the game Bugsnax, I wasn't sure the game would be for me. It looked like it was tailored for children and I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it, being an adult. My initial perspective on this game not suiting me was wrong. I really enjoy playing this game. There is so much quests to do and new puzzles to figure out with the tools you unlock as you progress the story. A lot more areas to explore than I thought. It can be challenging at times to figure out how to capture a certain bug, but it is fun to figure out. I also love how the game is constantly updating the world around you and other Grumpuses. It feels like the world is growing as you play. Vivid colorful graphics and wonderful voiced lines for each character.
Absolutely brilliant little game, one that's strangely well written too! The catching mechanics are well thought out and the chararctes are charming as hell.
