Bubblegum Galaxy

I've had this game sitting in my wishlist for a little over 2 years now, waiting for the day it'd come out, and now I can say with confidence that it was well worth the wait! It reminds me of Katamari Damacy with its vibe and aesthetics, which I love, and has made Bubblegum Galaxy is one of my most favorite games of all time! If you like hyper cute or spacey aesthetics, chiptune music, wacky world building and characters, and/or free-form puzzle games then you will LOVE this game and I can't recommend it enough! As of the time of writing this there's still some bugs that need fixed, nothing game breaking from what I encountered, and if you look in their discord you'll see that they're aware of them and working on it. You can also report bugs in the discord. I still wholeheartedly recommend the game despite the bugs.

This game is so relaxing and fun, but also challenging enough if you like puzzles :D I highly enjoy the atmosphere and characters, severely underrated game!

Cute lil puzzle game with mechanics comparable to Dorfromantik. I‘ve waited for this game for a ages and it was well worth it! Honestly, I didn’t even now what it would be about. I just liked the funny house cat and Y2K aesthetic lol Nothing too deep, but has just enough complexity and variety between biomes to keep it interesting. The levels themselves are pretty easy, but there a quite a few achievements that could prove challenging. Might come back later and try to tackle those! Nice one to quickly pick up and play a few levels here and there if you’re bored and want to occupy your hands for a bit :)

Bubblegum Galaxy is a very cozy puzzle game that involves placing hexagonal tiles with various features on them on a 2D grid. The various level biomes are whimsical as is the overall atmosphere expressed through the artwork and music. I was brough to this game by my love of Dorfromantik and to be honest, I may enjoy this game better due to the diversity in tiles and gameplay within different biomes. Not only are you placing tiles to match features on other tiles, but special tiles (buildings) have additional goals that give you additional points if they are adjacent to certain features like a watering can being adjacent to a tile that has flowers that need watering. This game is a complete joy and I loved every moment of playing it. As of the writing of this review, the game has 99 review with a 100% positive recommend rating, and I am honored to be the 100th. Thank you for a lovely game!

Un très chouette jeu, dans la même veine que Dorfromantik, avec une petite histoire qui habille bien le tout. J'adore la musique, et les missions sont très sympas. J'aime beaucoup aussi l'aspect "décoration" qu'amène le jeu. En bref, j'y passe un très bon moment. Il vaut largement son prix.

Endlessly delightful. I wasn't expecting the puzzle aspect to be so addictive, but at one point I tried to sleep after playing and started imagining placing tiles when I closed my eyes LOL. Outside of that it has a really great soundtrack, art style, and overall vibe!! Its worth your time :)
