Brütal Legend is an action-adventure that marries visceral action combat with open-world freedom. Set in a universe somewhere between Lord of the Rings and Spinal Tap, it’s a fresh take on the action/driving genre, which in this case is full of imitation cover bands, demons intent on enslaving humanity and Heavy metal tunes.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

🤘 ROCK N ROLL TO THE MAX 🤘 Um tributo da Double Fine a esse belíssimo gênero musical. O jogo é simples e as mecânicas não envelheceram tão bem, porém, ainda há um charme na história/soundtrack que te leva de volta no tempo e te conecta com o mais puro rocknroll.
Already played this on PS3, bought it again just to relive it, that says everything The humor is raw, stupid in the best way, the kind you really don't see anymore. Side quests where you hang out with actual Rock legends sounds ridiculous on paper and somehow it just works perfectly. Blood, riffs, chaos, the whole thing makes sense together in a way you don't expect The soundtrack is probably one of the best ever put in a game. Not just good songs thrown in, it fits every fight, every cutscene, every moment. You don't skip it, you turn it up If you like metal even a little, this one hits different

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Bello, non pensavo che un videogioco così datato potesse farmi divertire e bestemmiare così tanto.
Brütal Legend seems like a masterpiece to me, simple as that, brilliant, a work of art. The soundtrack is excellent, packed with legendary tracks, and having Ozzy Osbourne, the Prince of Darkness (may he rest in peace, an absolute legend), elevates everything. And Jack Black in his prime as the protagonist, full of charisma, already gives you half the game. Then you have the gameplay, which is really fun, mixing action with strategy without becoming tedious. The open world is very enjoyable to explore, and the details, variety, and characters all have tons of personality, each one adds something. Honestly, if you like rock or metal, this is an immediate must-play. You’re going to laugh your ass off, have a great time, and even start doing guitar riffs after playing. It’s a fantastic game that still hits hard to this day.
This right here is an underrated gem in my eyes. Revisiting this game after over a decade has been very fun and somewhat nostalgic for me. I couldn't beat the game back then because I don't play a lot of games with this type of combat, but managed to get further in the present and realize, hey, this ain't bad, and can't believe I gave up on it in the past. Somehow this game still holds up and plays pretty well (I mostly played on steam deck.) Although there are some graphical glitches with the character models at times (hair disappearing, hair freaking out, random black spikes protruding from characters), I think that's due to being a port. On the ps3 this game never had as many weird issues like that. Or at least I didn't have these weird issues. Overall a solid game with an amazing soundtrack, humor, world aesthetic, and just something fun and unique from its time.
First time I tried this game was at least 10 years ago. Couldn't figure out WTF to do after free roaming for an hour and ditched it. Turns out second time is the charm. It has aged well, partially due to the art style typical for Double Fine games, which I usually dislike. Voice acting and sound are great. Soundtrack is also great and quite varied, I don't think I've listened to a certain song for more than 3 times, excluding some that are used as an encounter theme. And talking about soundtrack - I really enjoyed the moment at the beginning of the battle at the Sea of black tears: you see Ophelia flash through the fog here and there, then see her army of goth gopniks marching in and suddenly hear Cradle Of Filth's Her Ghost In The Fog start. Spot on! Gameplay is a unique blend of hack & slash, RTS, driving with guns and magic in the form of guitar chord shredding. Cameos are short but nice - Ozzy, Lemmy, Rob. Overall - a great experience and a must for every metalhead!
