Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons

I love me a good gameplay gimmick and this one is very creative. Playing as two characters at once is such a clever idea and very well implemented into the gameplay itself! I will say it ended up being a lot darker than I expected, especially towards the end but it fit well with the narrative to have such a dark and hostile world to navigate. I won't spoil anything but there is a moment near the end that weaves the gameplay so cleverly into the story that it has become one of my favorite moments in video game history. Not joking. Its one of those moments I look back on so fondly, even years later and I just cannot gush enough about how well made this game is as a result of it! Like seriously this is a very well made game with a good story attached to it!

beautiful game, with a cool system. really fun to play a coop style game as a single gamer! but be warned the story is more emotional and depressing than you might expect. there are frequent depictions of hanging, including an active situstion you can be involved in.

==VOTO FINALE 7/10 COOP DIVERTENTE E SENZA FRONZOLI ATTENZIONE: Consiglio di acquistare direttamente il Remake se è la prima volta che lo giocate. ==COMMENTO Brothers A.T.o.TS. è un cooperativo che fa da preludio a giochi più completi e innovativi come It Takes Two o Split Fiction. Se vi piace il genere non vi deluderà la possibilità di completare l'intera campagna in compagnia di un amico o della vs. compagna/o. Nel complesso il gioco intrattiene con una trama toccante e due comprimari ben caratterizzati. Pecca solo per alcune trovate di gameplay ancora acerbe per il genere Coop e una longevità davvero risikata. =TEMPO DI COMPLETAMENTO: 3 ORE ==GRAFICA 6/10 La grafica è quella di un gioco dell'era PS3, non mi soffermerei troppo sull'aspetto grafico inquanto è funzionale alla storia e per il tipo di rappresentazione tutto sommato è sufficiente ma non aspettatevi nulla di eccezionale. ==TRAMA 9/10 La trama è il punto forte della produzione, toccante e delicata. Vi trasporterà nel dramma di due fratelli che devono ritornare a casa con un unico obbiettivo, sopravvivere assieme. La storia è narrata senza sequenze di intermezzo se non per sporadici casi ma risulta godibile e interessante. ==GAMEPLAY 7/10 Il gameplay è un unione di elementi platform e piccoli rompicapo da giocare in Duo. Nell'insieme risulta interessante e con qualche trovata curiosa ma si nota ancora una certa distanza da giochi coop che arriveranno solo anni dopo, dove ovviamente le possibilità di "gioco" e gameplay sono nettamente superiori per meccaniche e varietà. Qui si cammina tanto, si salta, si fanno piccoli giochi ambientali e qualche rompicapo. PRO + Storia interessante + Gameplay coop divertente + E' un Cooperativo a schermo condiviso quindi +1! By the time you reach the credits, you won't just be playing a game; you’ll be feeling every ounce of the brothers’ bond, grief, and growth.

An enchanting piece of interactive storytelling of family framed with mythology. The puzzles all feel unique and varied, with some being a bit more more tricky than others. My only complaint would be the clunky controls. If you want to get all of the achievements, have a guide available or you might very well miss every single one.

Excelente história, excelente gráfico e cenários.

Brothers a tale of two sons es un juego que tiene un encanto propio, con una narrativa que se cuenta con lo que estamos haciendo, nuestras acciones , y no con cinemáticas como podría darnos otro juego del estilo, si que las hay pero son muy breves. Es una historia que llega a emocionar y aunque es corta realmente sentís el viaje de los protagonistas y hasta puede que sueltes una lagrimita o realmente te den pena en ciertos momentos, es una linda historia como si de un cuento se tratase. En jugabilidad es sencillo pero a la ves la mecánica de controlar a los dos hermanos con solo un joystick se siente no tan repetitivo en este medio, puede ser coop o jugarlo solo, pero creo que tiene mas sentido en solitario ya que el mismo juego también te avisa que fue pensado para este modo. de momentos el juego nos va a ir tirando situaciones diversas para que no se vuelva repetitivo y sea agradable ir pasando capitulo a capitulo. Los gráficos la verdad que son muy bonitos para la actualidad y se mantienen bastante lindos de ver, mas que nada por su apartado artístico que la verdad me gusto mucho su fantasía. Es un juego que Tenes que jugar si te gustan las historias entrañables y que llegan al corazon y debo decir que aunque pareciera que es bastante digerible me dio momentos que no esperaba ver en el juego, ya sean bastante oscuros o que no esperaba en la trama.

Joguinho massa, a historia é boa e os puzzles não são difíceis, bem intuitivos. legal pra passar o tempo e jogar algo diferente :D
