Ich habe Brigador aus einem Humble Monthly Bundle erhalten. Leider hat mich das Spiel nicht wirklich abgeholt. Mein größtes Problem ist ganz klar die Steuerung. Mit Controller kam ich überhaupt nicht zurecht – für mich fühlte sich das komplett ungeeignet an. Maus und Tastatur haben zwar besser funktioniert, aber auch das nur leidlich: Die Steuerung wirkt unübersichtlich, hakelig und nie wirklich präzise. Gerade in hektischen Situationen sorgt das mehr für Frust als für Spielspaß. Dazu kommt, dass ich nie so richtig verstanden habe, was das Spiel eigentlich sein will. Twin-Stick-Shooter, Arcade-Action oder doch eher etwas Taktisches? Von allem ein bisschen, aber nichts davon richtig klar ausgearbeitet. Die Grafik ist in Ordnung, allerdings teilweise sehr dunkel und überladen, was die ohnehin schon unklare Steuerung nicht gerade unterstützt. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Musik – der Soundtrack gefällt mir wirklich gut und passt zur Atmosphäre. Unterm Strich hat mir Brigador nicht gefallen. Ich kann das Spiel nicht empfehlen und werde es vermutlich auch nicht zu Ende spielen.

I really wish I could like this game, but the aiming mechanics are killing me. Missing your shot because the aiming laser is a pixel off is not fun. Even less fun is your little mech's gun spazzing out and refusing to fire for 20 seconds at a time, making the mech completely useless.
