Reviews
The trailers are deceiving. They make it look like this game is a frantic power fantasy with non-stop explosions. Like 2D DOOM or Just Cause with tanks. It is not. It is actually one of the most tense and deep real-time stealthy tactical games I've ever played. Around the middle of the campaign I was strapped in a tiny mech hiding between buildings, trying to distract and lure out an overwhelming force to pick them off one by one. Each shot was a careful tradeoff, revealing my position but pulling more enemies away from the real target of the mission. Brigador does destruction in a totally unique way. 100% of the map can be leveled at any time if you try hard enough, but every structure is a tactical decision. You can tear down the wall standing between you and your target to skip a whole line of defenses, but when it's time to get out that crucial piece of cover will be gone. Low barriers let hovercrafts pass while blocking ground units. A carefully punched hole can be an escape route under cover of smoke to get behind your enemies. It can also be the mistake that gets you surrounded. Tearing things down is noisy and attracts attention. The complexity of the gameplay-impacting interactions between weapons, structures, terrain, sound, light and enemy AI must have taken ages to get right. it's amazing that a game with this many weapons manages to make them all feel unique. The only thing they have in common is that they're all completely overpowered - when used in a very specific situation. The chaingun is the closest I've seen a game get to what footage of an A-10 warthog feels like: It vaporizes anything on the receiving in an overwhelming blaze of light and sound, and within half a second you're out of ammunition and every enemy on the map knows where you are. The irradiator silently kills enemies through walls without making a sound - at short range, and only if they haven't been alerted enough to put their shields up first. Ammunition is scarce no matter what weapon you choose. Brigador's creator described it as a "Kool-Aid man simulator", and at the very best that's what the game is. The Kool-Aid man bursts through walls like they're paper, but he's still made of glass. And he's also been accused of war crimes.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's just a good game, does what you want and feels great. so much detail too, world feels lived in, not just like a series of levels

Lots of fun.
Simplemente uno de los mejores juegos que he jugado No en serio, si el juego te recompesa por matar civiles, eso significa que este juego va a ser un juegazo
Very addictive and fun game
An amazing Neon Aesthetic, great soundtrack and fun gameplay. Most levels can be completed in just a few minutes with satisfying and at times frantic combat. The world is dark and interesting with a unique mechanic that allows you to purchase lore if your curious. Alternatively you can purchase mechs, tanks, guns and pilots and careen through this world destroying everything in your path. Your choice. Most satisfying either way.
Very fun game, and can get quite challenging. While it looks like a twin stick shooter, it really doesn't play like one. Especially on some missions where you are limited to certain mech types, you really need to play tactically, use all your abilities, use the environment for cover, etc. Missions are usually quite short. In each campaign mission you have a choice of 3-4 vehicles, each with different weapons, health and armor values, and play-styles. Some of these are hilariously, joyously overpowered, and some are not. Exploring all these vehicles and weapons is part of the game, and it's always fun to come across a mission that lets you use the gigantic pile of junked cars, for example, which lobs corrosive goo at enemies from far away and knocks out any survivors with a CIWS gun. As far as the context for what's happening, that is all doled out in mission descriptions. When in a mission, you have your objectives and that's that. The overall lore explaining what you're doing in each mission is amusing in a mean-spirited kind of way. Solo Nobre is described as having undergone a socialist revolution to cast out the rule of corporate exploiters and mobsters (so, Cuba), and the player is employed by the "Solo Nobre Concern," which represents that aggrieved capital interest (so, a CIA cutout) and is tasked with "liberating" Solo Nobre by destroying military and civilian infrastructure across the whole city/country/planet. You gain money per each civilian killed, because these civilians are "Loyalists" - as in, loyal to the regime that replaced the corporate interest that now employs you. This does color the level of challenge posed by each mission. The mission is not to accomplish your objectives and NOT kill the civilian population; you won't be penalized if you need to blow up an apartment block in order to create a flanking route. In fact you will be rewarded for doing so.
