From the moment you step into its crumbling warehouse and hear the faint scrape of steps somewhere behind you, the atmosphere just grips you. It’s eerie in the best possible way, with no cheap jump scares, just a creeping sense of dread that builds until you realize you’ve been holding your breath. The world is full of secrets. The more you explore, the more you realize there’s an entire story hidden beneath the surface, half memories, half hallucinations. The puzzles aren’t just thrown in for filler; they’re smartly designed, forcing you to think while pulling you deeper into the mystery. What impressed me most were a few ideas I hadn’t seen before, little moments of gameplay that make you question what’s real and what the game is doing to you. It’s rare for a horror title to balance storytelling, exploration, and experimentation this well. If you like games that haunt you a bit after you close them, Borzoi is absolutely worth your time. Highly recommended.
This game was a genuine shock and scary. It delivered a seriously creepy vibe that immediately triggered those unsettling Silent Hill vibes. What I appreciated alot was the puzzles werent too hard and they were rewarding, not just frustrating busywork. If you enjoy proper, high quality psychological horror, this atmosphere is absolutely worth your time. Well done to the Dev. You can tell they worked hard
Rápido de finalizar e tem dois finais diferentes!!
This game is ass. It's not just undercooked it's raw. The graphics, combat mechanics, story, and buggy gameplay all speak to a game that was probably created faster than Stephen King wrote and published Cujo. "BORZOI is a first-person survival horror game where you are relentlessly hunted by a giant, demonic Borzoi dog." Actually the "dog" walks back and forth on a set path. Non-linear objectives are neat, however.
This is a very small indie game, so I went in with low expectations (and a love of horror games, and borzois). It's basic but genuinely enjoyable and has some good details. These are the things that are great about it: Genuinely scary at times. Good use of sound and "turn around” jumpscares Good little details left around and in notes Love the multiple endings and hints to them. I played through fully twice to get both These are mainly some suggestions for the developer if they're looking to improve the game still: Make it more obvious where you can't walk around the edges of maps whilst not losing immersion - eg longer grass. There were a fair few places where I ran into invisible walls unexpectedly. Make it more obvious that you should run through the bus in the warehouse rather than around it - it was glitchy the way I went. With the radio, make the “thing” only happen after the radio is correctly tuned - it would have been a great moment if I'd got it in the right order. When you crouch, footsteps should be quieter or silenced to at least give an illusion of safety (even if functionally it makes no difference) There's a bug with looking out of the window in the garage not rendering the outside world properly. Less necessary, but make it more obvious that the stitched up monster can't see you in the warehouse - maybe with a little popup note after some time? The stitched up monster can catch you through walls and up ramps, which looks a bit odd at times. The drawers still have an interact icon over them when they're open and can't be actioned any more. You can interact with the tape once only, which means you might miss it. Couldn't hurt to allow a replay? I was unsure what was up with the “go back to your car” objective as it never cleared when I went back there on my first playthrough. Second time though, the icon did appear on the car and I could clear it. The noises when approaching the guest house come at a time where I'm looking the other way to check the zombies and borzoi aren't following, so I never stop to take them in. Could possibly activate them when you're past a barrier and feel a little safer? Are the notes meant to show in the plain format before they bring up a readable view (similar to Silent Hill 2 remake)? The readable view comes up first with the actual note as a small background piece currently. Thanks for making a game with a lovely spooky borzoi!
浅尝,管理资源/生存/被狗追…… 故事性很弱,画面不错,没有好故事,不太对胃口。
