Multiplayer is unplayable, it is incredibly laggy and broken.

for some reason amd gpu's have a problem with the launcher so i would just get the GOTY not remastered version.

First game that started Borderlands franchise, this time Enhanced... Kinda. If by "enhancement" you mean memory leaks, low FPS in the last section of the game and crashes. So why the good score then? Because this is still Borderlands, a great game that will definitely give you hours of fun. I finished it in 23 hours but that's because I never played DLCs; I am not a fan of them personally. Because of aforementioned problems, either buy on sale or play the OG.

Buen juego, entretenido para pasar el rato, al menos en mi experiencia llega un momento que para la playthrough 1 estas demasiado overpowerd y los enemigos no son la gran cosa. Para ser del 2009 tiene mucho que ofrecer, recomiendo jugarlo y seguir con las ediciones correspondientes!

I am a massive fan of the Borderlands games, though, I'm sure it goes without saying certain entries are better than others. Let me set the scene a bit, years ago when I was a kid my father 'acquired' a copy of Borderlands I shortly after its launch due to the praise he heard surrounding this revolutionary title. I remember my dad didn't seem to like the game much, but after giving it a try, I was hooked immediately. The Diablo meets FPS that was Borderlands I doesn't have much flashy, nuanced gameplay by todays standards, but at the time it did something innovative. I beat the first game multiple times and have loved it each and every time. Many people complain about the way the story is delivered in this entry, but, it has that slow but deliberate storytelling and let me tell you, it does pay off! Each of the DLCs for this game are fun and exciting in their own right, though, if I had to pick one I disliked it would be Mad Moxxis Underdome as it seemed a little bland. However, I still recommend anyone who wants a taste of that gritty, crisp gunplay that made Borderlands so popular, to give this game a try. I feel the gunplay and gore effects in this game are outstanding and the series would make those less of a priority in later entries unfortunately. There is a lot of grindy ass side quests that are notorious in the Borderlands community, but, if grinding isn't your thing, just skip em! Borderlands I will always have a special place in my heart.
