never play with you friend as the ghost. he blocked the front door for 15 minutes just to run out and decapitate me. ALSO this game has a really good idea but it just isn't using that idea to its full potential. for example the game is quite hard as the AI does dilly dally because as soon as the breaker goes out it guns for you like a fat mall security guard on a Segway. another thing is the breaker box, as soon as that goes out for casual players at least it game over

I have so many memories tied to this game, and honestly, I really miss them. ⋆˚꩜｡ The gameplay is simple but so much fun, especially with the right group. You sneak around, collect items, avoid the Boo Men, and try to survive while everything gets creepier and more chaotic. It has that perfect mix of scary, silly, and stressful where one small mistake can turn into everyone panicking. ✧ This game was so special to me because of the people I played it with. The laughs, the screams, the chaos, and the little moments made it so memorable. Sadly, the group I used to play this with is no longer together, so coming back to it feels a little bittersweet. ˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ Maybe someday we can all come back to it again. Even if things are different now, I will always appreciate the memories this game gave me. ⟡ Overall, **Boo Men** is creepy, funny, chaotic, and such a good game to play with friends. It will always have a special place in my heart. ✨

DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOUR INTENT IS TO PLAY SOLO This is abandonware, it's entirely NOT worth it if you are expecting things to be updated and change. If you play for the 2hr limit, then refund it, you'll still have gotten basically all the game has to offer anyways. I DO recommend it to people who don't care and want some silly fun for a few hours. But you're better off looking at videos of this game rather than buying it. With that said, I had a lot of fun playing with my wife and friends. Its some silly fun. Decent enough effort was put in to make this playable, I didn't experience any crashes in 4 hours. I never had any crazy bug experiences, besides twice with the ghost getting stuck somewhere or on something. But once, it was the ghost that can teleport, so it didn't matter anyways(though she kept teleporting back and getting stuck anyways.). The sounds are decently done, but the location OF the sounds is pretty awful. Above and belows are pretty terribly done, left and right is okay, but still not great. Decent enough variety of ghosts, mannequin/cynthia is Hard asf to avoid tbh(her specifically was the teleporting ghost and I think is the hardest to play against/avoid fr) but otherwise, pretty cool stuff. Decent variety of levels. But to actually unlock them, you need 500 doubloons, which is quite a bit. The tutorial gives you enough for a perk, but if you buy a perk, expect to play for 2-3 hours before you can afford a new level. Perks are weird and not well balanced, but nice enough that they're included I suppose.
