Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I've been a massive fan of Sonic Adventure 2 ever since I was a kid playing it on the GameCube. I've always dreamed of getting a new Chao Garden, and this is exactly what I've been waiting for. You've made a fan out of me I really hope you keep updating the game and adding new content because I can't wait to see where it goes. Keep up the amazing work!
I gave my bobo a gumball and it made its head turn invisible so I took a picture of its crawling body and set it as the contact pic for that bobo in my in-game phone 10/10: no notes *Okay but in all seriousness, this game is fantastic. It hits the millennial nostalgia itch from the chao garden but in the way we all wanted the chao garden to be: expansive and focused on the little guys instead of a side thing. I keep being charmed and surprised by the random things I'll catch a bobo doing. Why did Mandarin start moving like a robot? Are those two bobos in love? Why tf is Orange walking like that? I also adore that they get their animal traits from sugar cookies. It's cute and unique. There are a couple of things that are mild complaints. The game can feel very slow and tedious at times, but I'm also early game before having anything unlocked, wasting too much time leveling too many bobos at once (which, tbf, the game did warn me not to do). But I do hope/wish for a fast travel system maybe, or faster roller shoes, or a faster waverider. It just feels like a lot of back and forth unnecessary travel, but it IS a cozy game and I have ADHD, so take that with a grain of salt. My BIG complaint is there not being a clear menu where I can compare all the stats of my bobos, including their hidden stats and potential. Yes, you can view the bobos current stats on the phone, but the information there is pretty limited, and its hard to manage my bobos and determine which ones are actually the best for certain activities when I'm running back and forth and trying to compare. It doesn't help that the phone also doesn't provide all the information about what certain stats or traits mean. It gives main traits, item traits, but not temporary traits. I have a "rusty" bobo and no idea what that means. I also had to look up what agility even does online because I couldn't find it anywhere. The game could definitely use clearer descriptions. This also goes for the races and tournaments. I'm like ten hours in and I can honestly say I have no idea what the colors and stars and letters even actually mean. That info might be in a letter I've received, but it's not easily accessible to remember. Inventory is also extremely annoying, but again, that might be a personal irritation with the mechanic. I don't like only being able to hold four items on my waverider at a time, or being able to carry exactly one object at all times. It leads to more unnecessary back and forthing. BUT I am early game and there could be improved inventory later on. Early game it's quite annoying though. Beyond that, this game is just truly such a charming gem. Absolutely love it!

I've been waiting for more Chao Garden, spiritual successor or otherwise, for quite awhile. Bobo Bay really captures the feel of Chao while expanding on it, making the mechanics more transparent, and smoothing out the experience. If "Chao Garden" doesn't mean anything to you Bobo Bay is a sort of virtual pet game. You get weird little guys, you enter them in competitions, and improve their stats short term while increasing their maximum potential in the long term. It's a simple and solid gameplay loop.
I'm absolutely obsessed with this game, I never played Chao Garden but I hear a lot of people compare it to that. There's a lot of customization when it comes to your bobo's looks (and to some extent your own), and the competitions are very fun and will have you hating the random NPCs that keep knocking you out when trying to complete a specific one. I will say there isn't much else beyond exactly what you get in the beginning. Unlocking new Bobos, outfits, and shops in the town IS fun but the core gameplay loop is very very very repetitive. It does feel very grindy at times as well but that's something I personally really like. TLDR I highly recommend but only if you're someone who likes grindy/repetitive games.
the frankiesttien deisgns with the lil spost where blush is is soooo cute and cool and good and i ge tto have 1 million babies i love forever
I LOVE BOBO !!!!!! BAY!!!!!!!
Very addicting and satisfying gameplay loop! Also, yuri
If you liked the chao gardens from either sonic DX or sonic 2 battle, then youre absolutely gonna adore this Creature raising sim. It pays such a wonderful homage to the different mechanics from them evolving depending on their stats and how you raise them, to the racing and fighting minigames where different stats you invested in really show their potential, to teaching them how to do little things like draw and play instruments, dress them up, and i wont spoil anymore. You can even share a code to share your little creatures so a copy of them can join someone elses garden~ Overall i highly highly recommend!
This game is incredible. It scratches that itch that I've been having since I first played BlueGuy Expedition 2. For me this game just feels like a 10/10 even though this kind of game usually caps out at a 5 at most. Everything truly feels perfect.
