This game became an obsession. It unspools into an intricate web of puzzles with layers that seem to never stop. When the credits roll, you've essentially finished the tutorial. This is the kind of game where you want to take actual notes so if like old-school Myst or if that just generally sounds interesting to you, do not sleep on this game.
It starts slow, you take the first few steps, get stuck, bc you drafted poorly. You tell yourself "next one I will get further", you play and you do, but you eventually get stuck again. Same thing. It starts to get addicting to try getting further and solve the puzzle you recently found out existed. You tell yourself "its fine, i am fine". But you go again right after. It turns out its 2am already and you check your hours... 35h in 6 days... yep, I got addicted. I feel like time has never gone by so quickly in a game. To all people who like to watch a video/show/movie while playing and love puzzles, this game is for you. What at first seems like a simple puzzle game however, turns out to be a ressource management, strategy game and its so fun. Honestly just buy the game and enjoy your time. I rarely ever had this much fun playing a game and it should have won Indie game of the year 2025. Couldnt give it anything else but a [u]10/10[/u]

Inicialmente es genial, la idea es buena, resolver tu primer puzle, o conseguir encender los 4 fuegos de la entrada es la leche, pasado ese primer tramo te dan ganas de literalmente hacer cualquier otra cosa, hay puzles que dependen únicamente de la probabilidad y aleatoriedad, por ejemplo abrir la puerta norte de la antesala. Mucha suerte porque es lo único que vas a necesitar. Llega un momento que sabes que hacer o como resolver x puzles, pero no lo haces, porque dependes de que el juego: -te de las habitaciones que necesitas -las herramientas que necesitas (sea 1 o una combinación de varias) -te de los recursos necesario (llave, monedas y gemas) que si que hay formas de mejorar un poco la probabilidad como conseguir tokens de moneda que hacen que empieces con 2 de oro- 4 de oro... en lugar de 0, insisto, buena suerte, la vas a necesitar. Una buena idea que se queda bastante ensuciada por depender tanto del azar, literalmente te instalas un juego de tragaperras y viene a ser lo mismo.
I beat it and still have puzzles I want to solve. This game is easy to learn, deep and layered. Definitely recommend!

The best puzzle game since The Room 3. The lore you can get from newspaper clippings and picture books makes the world feel incredibly rich, and the puzzles are challenging and engaging without requiring huge leaps in logic. I can't wait to continue finding secrets in this game for many hours to come! 10/10
This must be the best puzzle game ever created. A league above every other top tier puzzle game. So many types of puzzles, all wrapped within a great rogueliteish core. So much content, so many brain teasers, and countless moments of solving a puzzle just to think "whoever made this game is a genius". A must play for puzzle fans. And don't stop when you see the credits, thats only the first 1% of the game.
I am writing this review right after beating the game, and i still haven't found everything in this game. The game is amazing, the way the game dose its puzzles makes it so you never even have to search for any guides, i beat the game almost blindly, i only cheated 2 times. Probably the biggest complained thing about this game is the RNG, what i say is just get good, You can learn how to give you better odds of getting rooms you want, or there is even items which help with the RNG. This game is one of my favorite games i ever played now and i hope more people discover the secrets of mount holly. 10/10

its like a board game meets crossword puzzle / mystery lots and lots of stuff to keep your brain busy. Game is longer than most people realize as there seems to be endless mysteries and new things to discover
